Pros:

Nice staff, clean functional modern room, good shower, comfy clean bed.

Cons:

Only the dodgy location but it didn't affect my stay. Noisy people in the streets outside till quite late, but then absolute silence.

room and bathroom were clean, wifi worked well, bed was comfortable, there was a table and chair, a few hangers in the open closet, shower was quite warm and nice. The single person room was a bit small in size, but for the price it is understandable. If you don't have much luggage it is very much workable and ok. It is about 10-15 minutes walk from magenta station / gare du nord

Cons:

the area around the hotel is not the best, there are homeless people in tents nearby. However it was okay, no one was bothering anyone and it didn't feel unsafe at 6 in the morning before sunrise.

très pratique pour un cour séjour à Paris
Pros:

équipement complet, moderne et pratique, bon éclairage, propreté.

Cons:

douche un peu petite, porte de douche non étanche, le rideau de la fenêtre qui était bloqué, insonorisation pas très bonne en cas de bruit provenant d'une chambre mitoyenne.

Nice staff.

Cons:

The location of the hotel was not ideal. There were a lot of drug dealers or homeless people near the hotel, and sometimes you didn’t feel safe walking back to the hotel in the evening.

The room and bathroom were not clean enough.

Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique, serviable et disponible. Très professionnel. Situé à deux pas de la station de métro.

Cons:

Le quartier.
Dans la chambre il y avait une odeur d'humidité assez forte. Du papier peint a été mis sur le mur qui sentait la moisissure. La tapisserie était à motifs géométriques et là où la tapisserie était beige on pouvait distinguer les tâches de moisissures. Dans la salle de bain il y avait des poils sur le rebord en dessous du lavabo et le porte papier toilette en métal était complètement rouillé.
