It was a great stay and everything was perfect.
Pros:

Excellent location just next to the downtown, everything in walkable distance. Safe and clean.

Cons:

You need to take a lift to get to the reception three floors up. Normally hotel of this standard is expected to have a reception as you enter.

不是太好。
Pros:

员工都很热情，办理入住和退房手续很方便，免费的咖啡很好喝。

Cons:

住的是PH层的带小厨房的房间，有一面窗户，但是是封死的，隔音效果很差，晚上不知是空调的风机一直响个不停，噪音很大，有些影响睡眠。

Great place to stay
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and very centrally located. Nice, sunny lobby.

Cons:

I was told I could get discounted parking at a nearby lot but was not given essential details about what I need to do to get the discount, so I had to pay full price. The person who checked me in even asked me if I needed to park a car, but didn’t offer the needed info for this. I’d recommend a written handout with salient details about the parking discount because it is quite complicated.

Comfortable hotel in great location
Pros:

This is a very convenient location to Rittenhouse Square, Fine Arts museum & restaurants. One can walk to colonial area, Philly Art museum (Rocky) & more. We enjoyed stay very much.

Cons:

Only thing I didn’t like —and it’s not hotel’s fault—is room next door had lots of people in their room & it was noisy. They did leave by 11pm so I was able to sleep

Pros:

El hotel estaba muy bien y la ubicación estaba cerca de las zonas más turísticas. Ofrecía café gratuito y puedes llenar tus botellas de agua. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran amplias. Todo bien.
