Lobby on second floor had a good coffee maker. Good location.
The room was tiny and had the charm of a broom closet. Very sparsely furnished, no refrigerator or hanging closet for clothing. No hairdryer in the bathroom, which itself felt claustrophobic.

I experienced a duplicate charge due to a system error. The hotel receptionist Nicole explicitly agreed to a free cancellation and full refund, and even spoke directly with a Booking.com representative to approve it. Booking.com confirmed in writing that the hotel approved the refund and that the money would be returned to my account since payments were handled through their platform.
It has now been 2 months, and I have still received zero funds and no resolution whatsoever. Every time I contact Customer Care, they pass the blame, hide behind bureaucracy, and leave the issue unresolved despite having clear record of the authorization. Same happens with the hotel's customer assistance.
They quickly take your money, but when a legitimate refund is due, they completely ignore you. Extremely unprofessional customer support. Avoid at all costs!

Location was amazing, close to the center and the train station. Nothing fancy but comfortable
The hotel is in a great location. One can walk to all points of Center City. The room was smallish but completely sufficient to our need. The perk of this hotel was really nice coffee machine that made amazing coffee and was located right in the lobby. And since most people love hot beverage in the morning, the lobby was such a nice gathering spot that by the end of our two day stay we recognized other travelers and were able connect with them.
