Wonderful hotel
Pros:

Front desk staff was amazing! When we arrived they gave us early check in for no additional fees. We were visiting for my best friend's birthday and they gave them chocolates and us half off tickets for drinks at a local bar. The room was amazing!

Great front desk person

I’m writing this after just checking in (as I wait for my brother to arrive). I just wanted to say thank you to Taffari at the front desk, who epitomized everything a company should want in an employee. He was immediately friendly and gracious. As he took my ID for the check-in, he noticed it was my birthday (super observant, as I certainly hadn’t said anything) and effusively wished me well. He then went into the back room and came back with a little treat - little things that matter! Taffari took a moment to make sure I knew everything the hotel had to offer, answered the couple of questions I had, and sent me on my way with a smile. I felt welcomed. A great start to my day in Philadelphia.

Birthday trip to Philadelphia
Pros:

Excellent service, we were visiting for my bestie birthday. The gentlemen that checked us in was so nice and helpful. Gave my bestie some chocolate to celebrate their birthday. Room was excellent, bathroom was alittle small and no mini fridge in the room, but would still give the room a 10 out of 10.

A Great Place to Stay for Business or Getaway
Pros:

I have never had a bad experience at Club Quarters. I've visited many of their properties from Boston to New York and Philadelphia. While the rooms are small and no-frills lobby, it's perfect for business travelers or adults who need a break from work. The coffee, tea and water station is a great bonus.

My experience this time was awesome thanks to the hospitality and help from both Taffari and Jalen working at the front desk. They gave me directions to where I needed to go, helped me with my luggage and made my stay extra special. I will return. Thank you!

Perfect homebase for busy business travelers
Pros:

I found CQ Rittenhouse to be a perfect hotel for my business trip for this past week in philadelphia. The room was quiet, clean, and compact. Working iron in good condition, comfy pillows on the bed, good linens. Large desk and comfortable office chair. Walkable area with shopping and restaurants and bars and close to a cvs as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to check in and out. Guest laundry was helpful to keep my week long trip manageable with just a carry on size bag. This was my second stay here and I am not going to stay anywhere else next time I come here to philly.
