Excellent location, clean, efficient check in and check out.
Pros:

Perfect location! Checked in with my phone and received my key in my wallet before I even got there! Never had to go to the desk. Beautiful high ceilings in our very clean room. I highly recommend staying here.

Pleasant apart from unfortunate key card lock out prior to checkout time.

Cons:

Key cards locked us out of our rooms 10 minutes before checkout. We had to go back to reception to get them activated again to get our luggage out of the room.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable. Aunque el hotel está en una calle de mucho movimiento, no se escucha nada dentro de la habitación. Lo de tener água gratis en los pasillos es genial. Es un valor añadido de la cadena Club Quarters.

Cons:

Hay muchos "homeless" por la calle por la noche. No me sentí insegura pero hay que tener cuidado.

Pros:

Location and staff were great. Beds were comfortable. Free coffee/tea bar were amazing, along with the water fill station. Easy check in/out.

Cons:

Room wasn’t as clean as to be expected. Weirdly the walls were dirty. No valet and having to park and walk with all your bags- not the best. At least the parking is discounted/validated and semi close I suppose.

Pros:

Centrally located so you can walk to a bunch of interesting places in Philly. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The lift doors shut very fast so people (often older more slow moving patrons) would often get nudged by the doors. Another full second would be good.

Perfektes Hotel für Philly
Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter waren absolut hilfreich und haben sich immer an uns erinnert, uns gefragt wie unser Tag war und sich mit uns unterhalten. Sehr aufmerksam und einfach tolle Menschen! Und die Lage ist natürlich unschlagbar.

I arrived at the Club Quarters late night after a ten-hour delayed flight into Philadelphia. Exhausted, and of course not necessarily in the mood for trouble, I booked a room last-minute to get some rest. I was greeted at the front desk at 2:30 am by Annett, who welcomed me with such graciousness and generosity, a smile and a kind heart, that it completely wiped out how I was feeling and made me feel anew warm and welcome. While the hotel itself is a nice basic hotel - decent shower/bathroom area, bed was fairly comfortable, all very good for the price point - the service I found absolutely impeccable. I want to thank Annett specifically, and the rest of the crew that I interacted with (including Jae R), for giving a pleasant ending to an otherwise unpleasant day.
