Fantastic stay. Room was very quiet as well as clean.
Very clean and staff was very polite and helpful
There were gnats here. The shower tub is small and the water pressure was so strong that the curtains would blow and the water would leave a puddle. Otherwise, it was decent.
We keep going back and try to show the city and this great hotel to our friends. From the beginning to the end our visit was very positive. We have been here before and we will return. It’s a great feeling to enter the lobby and be greeted by staff with warm smiles!!
Great location! Coffee in the lobby was delicious! Friendly staff. Room was a bit dated with no space to get into bed on one side, no nightstand on that same side. Room temperature was good and was able to have daily cleaning of the room.
Excellent service provided by Karina and Jalen! The hotel was very clean and they had an amazing 24hr multi function coffee machine. Being able to check luggage before and after was a big plus. Great location.
Spent the night in Philly for Valentines Day. The hotel was great. Free coffee, tea, and water in the lobby. Room was decent but by far the best part of this hotel were the staff. Taffari checked us in, there were valentine chocolates at the front desk and he gave us roses with our room keys. Every staff person greeted us with a smile. It felt like the experience we would get in a smaller boutique hotel.
The second I got to the Hotel I was met by Taffari who was the kindest most funny person who has ever checked me into a hotel. They treated perfectly. The Room was clean and comfy too! They hit all categories with the amenities too. With everything being said the value of it over succeeded my expectations!

I wish I had known it would cost $ 43- $ 59 for overnight parking. The streaming to the TV did not work. Getting from the garage to the hotel is a pain, too.
The location is great. İt is around the shopping stores. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. As it is in the centre of the city there can be some noise.

Stayed at CQ for a short business trip. Let me tell you about the front desk staff. The gentlemen at the front desk when we checked in were very friendly, professional and helpful. The star of the show, however, was Taffari the next morning. I had to make changes to my reservation and while he was helping me, he saw that I had just celebrated a birthday, he stepped away to the back room and surprised me with a complimentary bag of trail mix. How Sweet!! The location was ideal as it was just short walking distance to parking, restaurants and our conference venue. the fitness center was well equipped, I only wished it was open 24 hours. My room was SUPER clean, the cleanest I can remember seeing a hotel room. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Quick check in experience. Minimal pinch points. Would recommend for weary travelers. I even tried the morning wake up yoga wellness video when I woke up.
