Only stayed for a night but found nothing i didn’t like

Great location, professional staff, needs more outlets, accessible toiletries, and towel racks.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-lit. The location was ideal for our visit to hear a concert at the Miller Theater, and for walking and dining. Although we were in the center of a large city, it was quiet at night with no traffic noise. We appreciated the free coffee drinks in the lobby. Every staff member with whom we interacted was friendly and courteous. The free water station was very nice to have, especially since we could use our own bottles rather than the plastic ones provided.

Cons:

The room lacked outlets. The bathroom had a very small toilet that made a very loud flush. The water pressure in the sink was surprisingly strong and tricky to adjust. We got splashed the first time we turned it on. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion provided were all jammed and unusable. Because the shower bottles were on a metal rack, we couldn't remove them to unscrew the tops and access the products. The only towel rack was the ring for the hand towel.

The location of the property was nice, they had filtered water with refillable water bottles in the hallway, which was super convenient. Great complementary coffee/espresso machine in the lobby.

Cons:

The room was quite small. There is no restaurant or bar on site.

Pros:

Everything! The staff were particularly nice and professional and polite and helpful. The room was a good size and surprisingly quiet.

Cons:

Nothing really. Rooms were a little older in style and a tiny bit tired, but really nothing was wrong and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice downtown hotel, excellent starting point
Pros:

Location is a great starting point if you do not mind having a walk through the city, in a decent area which won't make you feel nervous (walking around as a woman alone in the evening for example). Room size is great, complimentary coffee is appreciated. Hotel looks stylish and classy, excellent price/quality ratio

Cons:

Don't like to hand out personal information in order to get wifi, bathroom a bit tight
