I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to get around and visit nearby attractions. Perfect location, excellent value
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, very friendly staff, perfect location for a touristic visit to Philly! Was able to walk everywhere and easily catch public transport to the stadium for a game. This hotel is close to many bars and places to eat.

The room/bathroom are a bit small but perfect for 2 nights. Might not be so comfortable for a longer stay, but it did have a helpful closet and drawers for storage. It was VERY hot weather during my stay but the AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

Cons:

Only bad thing about this room was lack of a fridge. Would be good for storing snacks and drinks. Water pressure in the shower was not good!

Does not disappoint! Stay here and have a blast!
Pros:

Very good experience. Staff was wonderful. Everything clean and tidy. Location great. Super excellent experience!

Cons:

Parking can be a little odd .trick is to park in loading zone, unload bags then park in garage on 16th. They will validate for a cheap parking. Good situation.

Pros:

So convenient to everything we wanted to see.

Cons:

No pool, such a very tiny room. Had a bit of claustrophobia. No refrigerator.

This is a clean and comfortable stay in a great area of Rittenhouse Square. The B-line train access to the Sports Comple
Pros:

The open lobby area was a good size to relax. The 24/7 Coffee machine and still/sparkling water dispenser was a great service. The hydration station on each floor was great too! Especially when the heat wave was hitting Philly. And the bed was comfortable. Coffee in room was a nice touch! The discount at the parking deck across the street was helpful.

Cons:

The lobby is on the second floor which is odd.

Great location and decent amenities.
Pros:

Great location for walking around. Parking was decent, but it's pricey to come and go, so figure out how to leave and return once per day and save a few bucks with the hotel discount. The staff was very friendly and the coffee bar was awesome.

Cons:

It's Center City so obviously a cramped space with no view. The workout room could be arranged better, but it meets the minimum demand.

A great getaway in a great city
Pros:

The property was in a great location. The decor was very modern and chic. I appreciated the fact that they had sparkling water on tap as well as still water. The room was very nice and spacious with an amazing view.

Cons:

I really liked everything about this hotel. I do feel like although the room was clean there maybe should’ve been a second check. There was a hanger that was in the room on the floor by the dresser which was from a previous stay.
