Great and co ventient location
Staff was excellent!
Not sure.
Dated. Needs updated.
Quite bubbly location even though still some minutes drive to the main attractions. Very hospitable staff especially the 2 ladies at reception till who checked us in and out. Hotel also was kind to help hold our luggage for few days post checkout.
A bit worn/tired; needs some TLC. Cleaning staff need to do better than just surface cleaning.
We did not like the completely racist shitty service. Waves of Asian Hate.
Konumu güzel yerdeydi,çalışanlar güler yüzlü
tavan yüksekliği fazlaydı fakat Odası çok ferah değildi
I have stayed at this hotel everytime I travel to Philadelphia. Not only because it is immaculate and their selection of coffees, lattes, etc. is over the top, the beds are so comfortable, rooms clean and just an all around friendly atmostphere and inexpensive compared to the surrounding hotels. Oh, and my name is Chrissy Quinn so I have my very own hotel where I grew up!!!!!
Great value for money
Das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Das Badezimmer war alt & das Bett unbequem.
Location
It was walking distance to the convention center. Water was offered on floors for free with cute little bottles. Free of charge tea and coffee were also present at the hotel lobby
Although we booked an upgraded room thanks to a present from booking.com, when we went there the manager on duty initially said the hotel was full and he could not fulfill that request. We spent some time trying to explain that this was not a request but rather “a condition under which the booking was made”. After a while and lots of talking he somehow “produced” a corner room in his fully booked hotel, which was slightly bigger and much brighter than the initial 10 sq meter room that he tried to put us in.
Bathroom was still small and the bed was a standard queen which is a problem because we would rather have a room with a king bed.
The car park rhe hotel had an agreement with was extremely expensive, I believe it was around 70 usd per night.
Lastly, because of the layout of the building where you take an elevator to get to the reception and another elevator to get to the rooms, in case of an emergency the building would take a long time to evacuate.
The staff’s hospitality was amazing
The space is extremely cramped enclosed with barely enough room to move. The air is thick with a musty, damp odor that is overwhelmingly unpleasant, making the environment feel even more oppressive. Decor terrible, bathroom gross! Terrible depressing environment.
The staff was helpful and attentive. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
The toilet stopped working twice.
