Great place to stay; we’re becoming frequent visitors.
Pros:

We overall enjoyed the stay, the room itself was clean and roomy, and the staff was professional and friendly.

Cons:

The small refrigerator was broken and a loud clicking sound whenever the heat or air conditioner came on. It disturbed our sleep on Saturday night.

Overnight trip to see Cardi B that exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Room was nice and the view from the room was amazing. Staff was ask very friendly. The bar area was 10/10 also.

Card reader in the elevators did not work at all. I'm sure hotel staff is aware of this acute problem, yet not reacting to it. Such little feature, which can ruin your entire experience at the hotel
