A perfect getaway for my husband's 30th birthday.
Pros:

The view was incredible! It was a very clean hotel with friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. The only "complaint" per say would be the elevators. A little bit of a wait for the top floors.

Cons:

I believe I got bed bug bites, limited to one pillow. Staff was made aware, and I assume mitigations took place. But follow up calls have gone unanswered. I and my family have treated ourselves.
We had picked this hotel as we thought it was historic. The interiors were not reflective of that.

Pros:

The room and bed were 10/10. Front desk staff were great, we were given a room that was already occupied and the front desk staff upgraded our floor, which we found nice.

Cons:

I wish we would have had a better view from our room and the ceilings were too high to see a good view of anything.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Check-in was an absolute nightmare. It took them over 90 minutes and much discussion to get me a room. There were people getting ready for a black tie function getting ready in the lobby bathrooms. The lobby looked like the Port Authority station in NYC because none of the rooms we ready. When we did not receive notifications that our rooms were ready after 90 minutes, I waited on line for a half an hour to be told that I would just have to wait.
