Great stay in city center
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Loews Philadelphia. The location is hard to beat, right in Center City with easy access to everything we wanted to do. The area always felt busy and safe, and we appreciated that key card access was required throughout the hotel, which added an extra sense of security.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering how close we were to the heart of the city. The beds were very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit flatter than we prefer. The bathrooms were also generously sized.

The room rates and room service were both reasonably priced, and the hotel served one of the best cheesesteaks we had during our trip! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming.

We got complimentary access to the spa, which was a nice amenity and pleasantly uncrowded during our visit. The gym was also well equipped and one of the nicer hotel fitness centers we’ve used.

Overall, it was amazing due to location, comfort, value, and amenities. We’d happily stay here again on our next trip to Philadelphia.

It was fine. The shower was good. Stff was nice.
Pros:

The room was very clean. This bed was not very comfortable.Need new mattress. Water 8 dollars is ridiculous. Why not just make the room 5 dollars more and free water?
This is obviously not a quiet lobby which is fine.The plugs for wifi are gone. Too many people working in lobby. The elegance is not there.
I would say you cater to convention groups.

Pros:

I spent 9 nights at the Loews and I really liked it. Large room, confy bed, everyday cleaning, very nice lobby with bar and megascreens. I hope to come back !

Cons:

I had a corner room and the wifi signal was extremely weak, making it pretty useless, this should be improved
