Excellent location, great facilities
Pros:

Location is probably the standout spect of the hotel. Walking distance to almost everything worth seeing in the city, we never even thought about using the metro or Ubers. Very clean throughout, friendly and helpful staff, a decent gym and a good bar, albeit in the lobby.

Good Service, Poor Room Comfort
Pros:

I stayed here for business in April 2026. Overall, the service, food, and hotel grounds were good for an older four-star hotel, but the room had some major issues that affected my stay.

First, the room stayed far too warm. Even with the thermostat set lower and in VIP mode, the AC did not cool the room because the cooling towers were apparently not running at night and were often off during the day as well. The room remained around 73°F, and combined with the heavy bedding, I woke up sweating multiple nights. Guests should be able to set their room to a comfortable temperature and not be limited by poor system design.

Second, the blackout drapes need serious attention. Even when fully closed—and after trying to reposition them with furniture—direct sunlight still came through a gap in the upper corner every morning, shining directly into my eyes. The only way to fully block it would have been to tape a towel to the wall, which is obviously unreasonable.

If the hotel fixes these room issues, I would consider staying again. Until then, I would pass.
