Front desk staff was very friendly, Same for the parking staff. Our problem was our room was 80 degrees. After we tried cooling it down with the thermostat unsuccessfully, the front desk told us there wasn’t AC because it’s October. Not sure if that was true seemed more like an hvac issue. Also, the air coming out of the vent reeked of cigarette smoke so that was our air quality in our room during our stay. The desk instructed us to turn off the thermostat and open our windows, also they would bring us a fan. Fan never came, but opening the windows did work. However, in the night with opens windows we heard people screaming outside all night. Room was clean other than a bunch of fingerprints on our nightstand and dresser. Lastly, I would recommend a no perfume policy for parking staff. We had left our car for only a few hours and when we picked it up to go out for the night it smelled OVERWHELMINGLY of cologne. We had no idea how the car smelled so intensely of the cologne. It smelt like someone dropped a bottle of it and rubbed it into the leather. Perks were clean bathroom, nice staff and spacious room with comfy beds
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was good. We had a short stay. The lobby restrooms were not in good condition.
Access to other parts of Center City was really
Clean room, beautiful views of the city. Good food at downstairs Irish pub restaurant. Within walking distance to additional food options. Parking is expensive. Requires additional charge to access the lounge and pool.
Mattress was not the most comfortable, which was disappointing because we paid extra for the skyline level. In general, the building seems well kept but older (worn carpets, scratches on floor). But it was clean and great service. Always met with a smile and willing to give information. View was so pretty. Well stocked snacks and drinks in skyline lounge. Outdoor skyline area closed at 8pm. I wish it was open a little later. Great restaurant Con Murphy’s on premises. Their food and drinks were delicious, and fast. Parking was super easy. Drop off to valet right next to main entrance of hotel. Overall, we really liked the hotel.
Beautiful rooms, views and super friendly staff
Spacious, comfortable suites! Great location within the city - whether your stay is for business, shopping, or sight seeing. Loved the view of the Basilica from the balcony.
Expedia reserved the wrong room
Truly fantastic service from all staff members
Great room, nice view, restaurant open late was a plus.
I booked this hotel based on the heated rooftop pool. The day we arrived the pool was ice cold, when we asked staff about it they said it had just happened and were working on it. That was Sunday , the issue was still not resolved by the time we checked out on Wednesday and we never saw anyone working on it.
Bathtub was rusted, water on the main floor, and room was not cleaned upon return from day 2. Kay at the front desk was beyond outstanding!
Great location & nice hotel reasonably priced.
Was perfect for travel nearby with several options for parking. Overall clean with some spots here and there. Very much worth it for the location and ability to travel easily around the city. Rooms are quiet as well. Will be a preferred spot to stay again
Staff is friendly, rooms are very spacious and quiet, but a little run down. The location is good and there is plenty within walking distance.
Staff was the loveliest of any hotel I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed all over the world.
5 star staff.
Very family friendly…beautiful pool, spacious suites, and fabulous location.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay in Philadelphia
Room was cold.
AC was on, did not need AC
The one thing I have to say negative - it is not stated when booking the room that you will have to pay to park your car while staying at the hotel. Since this seems to be a thing for philly hotels, it would have been nice to have been told right at booking vs not knowing until arrival to the hotel.
The apartment was so spacious and nice - lovely balcony and view. Great location - walked everywhere. Nice front desk. Overall nice stay.
could not check-in without $250 security deposit which was only possible with cash that they did not accept, nor cc over the phone. my adult daughter was refused the room I had pre-paid and sent out on the street at midnight without transportation or accomodations.
