Great location overlooking the park.
The waiters in the restaurants were super friendly especially the fellow at Taylor street restaurant in the morning.

The staff was super pleasant and helpful. Towels were amazing, just about the best 'hotel" towels ever. Body wash and shampoo/conditioner smelled lovely (we're super sensitive to over-smelly soaps). Pillows are on the firm side. Sheets were good. Nice enough mini fridge. Desk and plenty. Would stay again.
Pillow firmness options would be great. We had stayed at a different hotel in the preceding days and they offered soft and firm pillows. $10 food credit was okay; would have been nice for $10 per person.

Location was perfect. Everything was nice and clean.
Great whiskey bar for after walking around downtown in evening- good staff there! Art Museum only 3 blocks up from hotel with a nice café for our day trip. Love this location and next day morning breakfast with good coffee! Parking is only one block away also- so you have it all. Very clean and rooms are large with refrigerator to store any fruit or items for our snack time too.
I didnt receive my STASH points because I booked thru Bookings.com. person @ counter wasn't able to help me with that. Oh well.

The staff was wonderful. The Coffee was fantastic. Location was very close to our destination and lots of space to get ready in the room.
The beds were fairly hard and caused back aches with my friends and I. There was a box of trash outside of our room when we got there and was not removed until the next day right before check out.

I appreciated the location: it's a great spot to explore Portland from. There was a mini-fridge. The view of Director Park was nice. The bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and helpful.
No parking ($60 for valet!). No coffee/tea in the room. The coffee in the lobby was... not good, but I am a coffee snob. No USB plug-ins in the room. I had to charge my powerbank and then charge my items.
