Location only but there are other hotels with great locations too

Cons:

.It is very noisy outside. You can hear everything. You can hear the crow voice most of the time
. Not clean, I found dirty spots on the carpet of the room
. The bath ropes were so old and dilapidated.
. No coffee machine nor irons
. No water, you have to buy water from the bar in the lobby or somewhere else
.the room was very cool even after the turn on the heater (my visit was in winter)

The position is perfect. The breakfast is good and it’s so nice to have it in the terrace. The soap smells so good

Pros:

Since I was there last year, when we all arrived felt like home! Breakfast was yummy and this time we arrived twice and they let me use the same room on my return back to Rome before my 2nd cruise.

I wouldn't stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast terrace was beautiful. The view was fabulous

Cons:

The room was so dated and cramped. The walls were so thin that I had terrible sleep. And I could here every conceivable thing from the room next door including in the bathroom which was gross.
The hotel provide zero free water to guests, they charge 4 euro for small bottles and no tea making facilities in the rooms, with breakfast starting at 7.30 I was dehydrated before the day started.
The stairs to the breakfast room were steep and not suitable for all, we hich makes it impossible for infirm or disabled people to enjoy.

J’ai été déçu par la qualité du petit déjeuner, surtout le café Jacobs, peu à la hauteur de l’Italie, réputée pour sa cuisine fraîche et son excellent café

La struttura è meravigliosa. Il Bar che ti accoglie è superlativo e le stanze sono ben arredate e molto eleganti.
Ho apprezzato molto la testiera del letto in pelle. Molto molto igienica!!!!

Colazione, vista panoramica dalla terrazza magnifica sui tetti di Roma e poi oggettivamente mi sentivo al sicuro data la posizione. Lo consiglio e spero di tornare presto!

Fantastisch verblijf
Pros:

Super locatie. Dakterras voor ontbijt met uitzicht over de stad was uniek!
Midden in Rome maar toch rustig vanwege de ligging aan het grote plein.
