Needed a physical key as electronic door lock didn’t work

Los baños súper pequeños, y el entorno estaba como sucio me refiero a las cuadras alrededor del hotel.

All was great. Only thing I would have liked in the room is a small kettle to make coffee/tea and real glassware rather than plastic. Other than that all was fantastic.

Breakfast could have had more cooked items. Would benefit from a bar on site and a pool due to the heat.

however lacked hangers for clothes 4 hangers in total, no tea and coffeee facilities in room (4 star hotel) I would have liked an iron and iron board

Because we had an inside room, we didnt have a great view but it was more than made up for by the great sleeps we got. Also we didnt spend a whole lot of time in the room during the day because we were out exploring so it didnt really matter.

Just like any other city, the metro is very busy between 7-9am and 4-6pm, especially on the A Line. This doesnt affect the hotel but thought it would be good to know to try to avoid these times (if possible).

It was so dirty. Black mould all over the shower. Shower leaked so the bathroom floor was always flooded. They didn’t provide enough towels. No coffee station in the room, I’ve never stayed anywhere where at least a kettle and instant coffee weren’t provided.
There a green light above the door that lights up the whole room and the air conditioner was very loud, both of which made sleeping very challenging. I wouldn’t stay here again and would not recommend it. I can’t figure out why it has a good rating

The hotel needed to move us to a new room because our first room had a broken shower head and was leaking all over the floor. They tried to fix it before offering to move us, to which we discovered the poor guy trying to fix it wasn’t even a maintenance man and couldn’t do anything. We had to ask to be moved because they were happy to let us stay in that room. The second room also had a broken shower head but we were sick of complaining so we put up with it for the entire stay. The stay was completely average as far as everything else was concerned. Towards the end of the stay the hotel cleaning staff threw away a bag of souvenirs we had collected which they lost completely, were very unsympathetic about the fact that they trashed it and even tried to blame us for leaving it in our room. They claimed it looked like rubbish even though one look inside would have shown it was not. Then when I tried to highlight their liability in the loss and destruction of our property they started backtracking and saying that they never said they threw it away. Refused any sort of compensation and were ridiculously defensive and rude towards us when we said it was unacceptable that they’d done that. They would not allow us to get any sort of written statement of what they had claimed and done. They also could not give us any direct details to a manager of the hotel to allow us to take the issue further. The contents of the bag was souvenirs totalling €50+ and lots of items that were precious to us that we could not get back. Absolutely terrible end to our already disappointing stay at this hotel and for the price we paid I would’ve expected a considerably better experience.

Lobby is a bit small if you’re needing to gather with friends. But the staff are friendly and very helpful so will find you a place if needed.

Le faltaba algo de limpieza pero estaba bien

Es kann sauberer sein! Es ist vieles schon sehr abgenutzt und renovierungsbedürtig! Wie man auf den Fotos sieht, ist es im Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber!

There was mould to the bottom right of the shower but overall very clean and neat.
