Comfortable room to sleep, breakfast and accounts need improvement
Pros:

Room was clean and tidy. Very small
Reception opened at 2am for arrivals from other countries

Cons:

Double charged - prepaid and then charged on arrival.

Awaiting for accounts to credit. This is very frustrating as they did not credit on departure.
Breakfast was disappointing - ordinary with stale food and not a good selection
Room sound of running water all the time

Personal atento y agradable, habitaciones limpias y con bastantes productos de higiene en el baño. La cama muy cómoda.

Cons:

El desayuno tiene poca variedad. Los zumos de máquina bastante malos. La zona es mala, hay mal ambiente en la calle, delincuencia y suciedad.

Good experience
Pros:

The breakfast was good, with friendly staff serving and taking care of the guests. It was really pleasant and cozy to have breakfast on the hotel's balcony terrace, which offered a good view and a positive start to the day.
The hotel has a really central location very close to the Termini station, which has its pros and cons - very convenient for navigation, at the same time, never quiet and with a lot of interesting individuals around the railway station.

Cons:

The room, in reality, looked smaller than in the pictures. The man at the reception, out of all 6 days we've spent there, was not once interested in saying Hello or Goodbye to the hotel's guests, and was quite slow and unengaged when it came to answering any questions.

Är väldigt förtjust i Rom, sen många år tillbaka, men kommer aldrig bo på det här hotellet igen.

Frukosten var bra och trevligt att den serverades på takterrass

Cons:

Att takterrassen var stängd för hotellgästerna övrig tid på dygnet (10.00 - 07.00). Hade varit trevligt att kunna sitta där och ta ett glas prosecco innan eller efter middag. Viss personal var allmänt ointresserad och svarade knappt på frågor. Mycket oljud mitt i natten (01.00-03-30 från sophämtare som uppenbarligen hämtade sopor rätt under "mitt fönster" samt sopstädning av gator m.m. Ventilationen avstängd så rummet kändes ganska fuktigt.

Úklid byl jediny co odvedl svou práci praci na 100%.Take personál u snidani byl šikovný!

V požadavku jsme chtěli klidný pokoj ( 30 výročí, svatby) Požadavky je nezajímají...Nevyspali jsme se 5 dni, vzhledem že nefunguje klimatizace až v sezóně,jsme se dusili, nebot pod okny sypali sklo do kontejneru cca 3x, neustálý hluk z ulice,ke snidani neměli ani kavovou lzicku k jogurtu, čili jsem jedla lžíci polévkovou..Ma měsíční výplata byla vyhozena za 5 dni! V menších hotelech na severu Itálie byly mnohem rozsáhlejší snídaně,tady jenom natahují ruce,pro hosty se moc nerozdají, výhled katastrofa.Take netekla tepla voda,ale cetla jsem v recenzích,ale.nevedela jsem ze je to pravidlem.Okenice by si meli take opravit...Vedení či majitel by se měli stydět! Nedoporučuji...

Design and location were good.

Cons:

Broken shower handle. Broken plug in bath. Wall panel loose behind bed. Useless hairdryer. No bar or communal place to work or socialize.
