Pros:

Nagyon közel volt minden látványosság és a tömegközlekedés is !

Cons:

A szállás leírásában szerepelt a pipere holmi, úgy is készültünk,hogy nem vittünk semmit, ellenben semmi pipere nem volt a szobánkban ,szóvá tettük és ez után sem pótolták,így vettünk magunknak !

Skvelá poloha - Termini stanica vzhľadom na to, že sme mali z nej viacero presunov. Prešli sme cez cestu iba a hneď vchod na Termini.

Close to train. No frills.

Cons:

Room cramped with 3 twin beds. No waters. Squeaky AC unit. Broken bathroom window hinge; wouldn’t close. Dingy smell in room and towels

テルミニ周辺の安い宿はだいたいそうだが、ほぼベッドと洗面所、シャワーがあるだけ（テレビとクローゼットがあっただけましかも）。
ミニバー（小型冷蔵庫）の排熱で部屋が暑く、冷房を相殺していた。

Pros:

I made my reservation and ended up having to look for another accommodation option,since they supposedly do not have the accommodation I reserved available.
Before making my reservation, I asked the receptionist if there was a 2-bed room available, to which he replied yes, but when he noticed that I made the reservation through Booking.com he indicated that there was no availability of such a room.
I asked him what alternatives he had and he rudely replied that he didn't have staff to clean the room and that if I had nothing more to say I should wait outside the hotel because he had to close the door since he had to go up to one of the floors.
The temperatures in Rome were very high and I had to leave the hotel with my luggage to contact my supplier who made my reservation.

Cons:

The customer service at this hotel is terrible. The lobby staff are very rude and have no idea about customer service, and there's a clear issue of racial discrimination and xenophobia.

Las camas están muy duras, no me dieron la habitación que me habían ofrecido me mandaron a un Hotel al lado la ducha muy antigua, además perdía agua del lado del váter y en la recepción, había una chica muy desagradable poco se podía hablar con ella era bastante cortante
