Die Lage ist direkt beim Bahnhof Termini, dem Verkehrsknotenpunkt.

Cons:

Wir sind mit einem verspätete Flieger gekommen und mussten auf die Schnelle etwas finden - das hat im Rimini geklappt. Der Empfang durch den Herren an der Rezeption habe ich als unfreundlich und abweisend empfunden. Ich habe mich nicht willkommen sondern lästig gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Tür zur Toilette ließ sich nicht absperren(!!!), d.h. man bekommt alle Geräusche der begleitenden Person mit. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, d.h. wir haben bis 3 Uhr nicht geschlafen, weil im Nebenzimmer eine laute Party stattgefunden hat. Das Frühstück war für römische Verhältnisse okay: es gab auch Müsli, Brot und sogar Eier. Ich war froh, dort nicht die ganzen Ferien gebucht zu haben.

Érkezéskor egy csupa mosoly ember fogadott minket. Végtelenül kedves és segítőkész volt.
Bármikor találkoztunk vele mindig számíthattunk egy kedves mosolyra.
A takarítónőnek millió hálánk, hogy minden nap szépen megigazította az ágyunkat, friss törülközőket kaptunk.
A reggeli svédasztalos, finom, kedves személyzettel.

Cons:

A szobánkban az ágy mellett 2 konnektorból kettő használhatatlan. Az egyik folyamatosan kitolja magából a töltő fejét, a másik konnektor hol töltött hol nem és a felette lévő kislámpa fénye ennek megfelelően magától fel vagy le kapcsolt.
Végül az ajtó melletti padlónál található konnektort és a fürdő szobait használtuk telefon töltésre.


Ami csak zavaró volt,hogy a 0-24 recepció úgy valósul meg,hogy reggel 7 óráig a mellette lévő hotelen keresztül lehet ki és bejárni. Ott is kell kijelentkezni ha túl korán távozol. Ezzel semmi baj nem lenne csak senki nem jelzi ezt külön.

Pros:

Property was very close to the train station and bus stops so was very easy to get around , the hotel staff were very friendly. Room was great for what you pay in my opinion , would stay again.

Never stayed because they refused to check me in due to a power outage WITHIN THEIR HOTEL
Pros:

Nothing. I turned up for my booking to check in and they had a power outage and could not facilitate a check in.

I then had to find emergency accomodation and the property refuses to refund me.

Don’t book with them .
