In the rooms the furniture was dusty, the staff was fine but the one who checked us in was not aware of the agreement between the local college.

It was very great, better than we even thought it would be. The views are wonderful, and we were happy to have a suite with a view and an outdoor table and yard. Made it very nice for our family.
I do think the beds are too soft, and need to be replaced.

Wij kregen bij aankomst een invalide kamer die wij niet geboekt hadden. Na dit te hebben aangegeven kregen we wel een upgrade naar een groot appartement

O quarto e a casa de banho tinham um bom tamanho, e dos 4 dias conseguimos estacionamento mesmo em frente am quarta em 3 (estacionamento pago do hotel). Funcionários simpáticos. A vista é espectacular tanto para a Marina como downtown (especialmente a noite)
A cama não era muito confortável, faz cova no meio. E o quarto tem carpete no chão que a o andar de descalço, os pés ficam pretos… está bastante suja.
Older hotel with comfy bed and good shower but it’s a bit away from everything
They initially gave us a room that had been flooded, it was very damp and smelly. When we went back to advise they charged room to a much nicer one and and removed the parking fee of $25 which was nice as They did not advise me that they were charging me the charging fee.

Dog owners from the marina allow their dogs to defecate right in front of guest rooms. The grass area is only a few feet in front of your room. Imagine sitting on your nice patio with a cup of coffee while a dog takes a dump right in front of you. Hotel needs to fix this.
