this was a great hotel . clean , renovated and super nice staff.. we had a lovely stay highly rated !!
Beautiful location, San Diego is gorgeous! The hotel is amazing and offers lots of things to do and it is beautiful!
convenient. We only stayed for 4 hours !!! Needed to catch an early flight and the hotel was was very accommodating on getting us to the airport on time . Room was exactly what we requested
The redone rooms that overlook the marina are exceptionally awesome! I love that there’s two pools at this hotel. Now there’s outdoor restaurants as well. Beds are comfortable rooms are big and beautiful. It’s nice to walk outside there.
Overall, everything was great. I wish the outdoor restaurant by the pool had longer hours of operation.
Ivan C. was polite and very helpful. He provided great valet services.
Clean, comfortable, loved the balcony, and loved an adult only pool
Hotel was expensive wasn't as close to restaurants and shops.
Close to airport
Great room
Bit of confusion about which tower we were staying in, then a long walk to our room
Helpful staff.
Late night eats & drinks even on a Sunday.
Really great water pressure in the shower!
Well appointed room with a gorgeous view of the harbor and boats.
Location is great! Front desk crew is super friendly and helpful! Gym just redone! Outdoor patio for dining is great! Rooms a little dated - but the rest makes up for it!
We had a phenomenal stay at the Sheraton San Diego Resort & Marina in June 2026. First, a quick tip for anyone booking: Make sure you choose this property (the Resort), which is beautifully and newly renovated, unless you'd prefer to stay at the older Four Points by Sheraton nearby.
Our trip started with a booking mix-up—I had reserved one night at the Resort, and my husband accidentally booked our second night at the Four Points. Upon check-in, the receptionist, Luke, absolutely saved the day. He was incredible, sorted out the confusion immediately, and ensured we could stay at the Resort for both nights.
The hotel itself is gorgeous. We had a wonderful lunch of salads and margaritas at Sunglow by the pool, watching the boats in the marina on Harbor Island, and our room overlooked a beautiful view of downtown San Diego.
The real testament to their world-class service happened when I accidentally left my purse at the Rumorosa restaurant. It contained our passports for our flight to Spain the very next day. I was frantic, but hotel security tracked it down and delivered it completely intact right to our room.
Sheraton has a reputation for great hospitality, but the team at this resort went entirely above and beyond. Thank you for making a stressful situation seamless—we will absolutely be back!
Unrevised rooms were old and not well maintained, found black stains on some of my “fresh” towels. We then moved to the revised room which was a better experience in terms of accommodation. Great location and friendly staff. Nonetheless, there was a very sour taste in our mouths because after checking out of the hotel, my wife and I called the front desk to ask about some items we might have forgotten in our room to which they claimed they would search and give us a call back. I never received a call back.
Stayed here for a long weekend getaway and to attend the NASCAR race with wife. Both enjoyed the facilities, wait staff at all the restaurants was very attentive and loved having a sports bar on premise. Rooms were very nice and look to be renovated, or at least kept up nicely. Location on bay was great for morning jogs.
Great experience with Alex at check in, who very helpfully explained parking, how to get to my room, and was able to accommodate an early check in to this tired lady. The pools (yes, multiple pools) were clean and just the right temperature with attentive staff rotating to take and deliver your food/drink orders, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The pina colada and the avocado hummus especially were fantastic. When I return to San Diego, I will definitely make the Sheraton a part of my trip. Thank you for a great vacation!
Ivan C. At the valet was the man! Great service, took care of me and my truck. Thank you Ivan!
That it has long term parking

I was there on business for the week, and the hotel was wonderful. The views overlooking the harbor are beautiful and so relaxing after a long day. The hotel has been renovated which I appreciated with modern, clean rooms. Shout out to Harmony at the front desk who is awesome. She was always so helpful, provided excellent guest service and just lovely to speak with. Definitely a gem at the hotel.
