Best Resort in Downtown San Diego
Pros:

I love staying at the Sheraton. This resort is located in a prestiges area, across the Downtown San Diego Bay. Spectacular service from the whole staff. The bar makes wonderful cocktails. The Pools are all amazing, the gym is clean and as an assortment of machines. The rooms are lovely and each one has a different beautiful view.

Everything else was good except that the front desk staff had a very poor attitude when I checked in.
Pros:

The hotel has a great environment. It was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Kudos to Mikey!
Pros:

I had an excellent experience during my stay, and Mikey made it even better. From the moment I arrived after midnight, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I had everything I needed. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service truly stood out and made me feel like a valued guest. Hopefully we remember us we are the sister from NC!

Exceptional Service from Harmony E.
Pros:

Harmony Esmeralda assisted me with check-in, and she gave me such a warm welcome. She took the time to answer all of my questions and provided a thorough overview of the resort, including the amenities and activities available.

I was a bit jet-lagged when I arrived, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire check-in process. This was my first stay at a Sheraton, and I’m so impressed with the level of customer service I received. Harmony made a wonderful first impression, and thanks to her hospitality, Sheraton will definitely be my hotel of choice the next time I travel for work in San Diego.

Excellent Customer Service
Pros:

We stayed at the Sheraton San Diego from June 16-19,2026. We were so fortunate to have been assisted by Demian. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful, he gave us excellent customer service. He is definitely an asset to this hotel and should be commended for doing his job in an excellent manner. We had a great and amazing experience . I have no negative comments other than it is a bit on the pricey side. There is a resort fee per day. Other than the wifi we did not use any of the other things that fell under the resort fee.

Best Resort in San Diego
Pros:

First off, before I get into my review, major props to Juan and Travis from the parking/valet parking area. Hands down, the best customer service, professionalism and they both know how to go above and beyond for their guests. Juan happily greeted us as we drove up and took our vehicle and Travis took care of us, shuttling us around while staying at the Sheraton. Those guys, along with all the others know how to take care of their guests.

My boyfriend and I have made a couple of trips to San Diego and I must say, the Sheraton San Diego Resort tops all the places we’ve stayed at. From the cleanliness, friendly staff, and many activities offered at the resort to the marina right behind the Sheraton. The resort offers an adult only pool, family friendly pool for the kiddos, movie night for the kids and even a live singer in the lobby near the bar. We ordered room service one night and the food was delicious, a little pricey but worth the price. Overall, the entire stay was 10/10 and I’d definitely recommend this resort to family and friends and we will definitely be returning very soon. Thank you Sheraton, for the great experience and customer service.
