Pros:

One of the things I love most about this hotel is every room has a view of boats and water to sit out on the balcony and just relax with a great view. The staff is very friendly especially the front desk agent Reno he is a true gem. He loves his job and it shows.

Great from beginning to end
Pros:

Unparalleled location with fabulous views of the harbor and downtown skyline. Renovated rooms were spacious and clean. Bathrooms were nice with only issue being the inconsistent water temperature thru the shower head in one of our rooms. Entire staff was top notch from the arrivals area in the driveway, thru the front desk, to Victor in the breakfast dining room to check out.

Pros:

Three hotel was amazing and the staff was very helpful. They're was plenty of rooms for all our workshops and the food (and drinks) was delicious. I hope our organization continues to host out conferences there.

Post cruise visit
Pros:

We visited this property overnight after a cruise. We were impressed with the property. They are very helpful. The lobby, where we waited until our room was ready, has a lot of comfortable seating and seating groups. We were given a brochure which listed what was included in our resort fee and it’s not just WiFi. Unfortunately, we couldn’t take advantage of much because we had an early flight the next morning. There are multiple restaurants available. The property is huge so you can walk around a large area without going offsite. We will definitely be back as we cruise from this port frequently.

Overall Great stay and amenities
Pros:

Great location, beautiful views of harbor, room was good although did see some rust around the edges of the walk in shower. What I loved the most was there was plenty of work space around the lobby which allowed me to conduct business seamlessly. The fee for parking felt a little outrageous but I guess that’s just San Diego. Other than that definitely a great value and would stay at this property again. I’m not noting that with $60/parking it’s more economical to fly and uber than drive and park.

Great conference event.
Pros:

Location was great, views from room were stunning. Would have rated higher except for constant motor noise (Possible HVAC unit) was loud enough that I kept my sliding door closed most of the time and would have rather had it open. It was not loud enough to be an issue with the door closed. Otherwise I would have grated excellent. Room was clean, bed comfortable.
