Reception personnel not competent or considerate.

We arrived at 9:30 pm tired from our day. Our first room, that’s right 1st room was in no stay-ready condition. The sliding door was very broken and phone wasn’t even functioning to call reception. It was left open as the frame was detached from the glass . We couldn’t shut the sliding door. A dangerous situation if you ask me. We went back to reception to get a new room. Alex offered for an engineer to go and fix it, but truly at that time , it was not a professional decision to make that happen. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Clearly poor customer care. We declined and he gave us a new room , we went to it and only 1 bed. Unbelievable! No attention to detail on Alex’s part from our original reservation. We booked 2 beds, how did he not see that?! So a 3rd time back to reception and finally we got a room that fit our needs. This happened in a matter of a 1 and half hour span. Truly poor customer service.

Great Hotel
Pros:

Absolutely loved this hotel. Amenities were great. I really liked the fact they had an adult pool. The service was on point!

Cons:

The hotel is older and had an ocean smell in some of the breeze ways.

Perfect stay!

Great staff
Pros:

We had a cancelled flight, so we were only there for 5 hours but the staff were helpful, particularly Jonathan. We wish we could have taken advantage of the beautiful hotel/room and amenities but unfortunately there wasn’t time. We will come back some day for the full experience.

Great stay
Pros:

Great location, really close to downtown and any activity. Hotel room was really nice and has a great view of the water and the boats. Atmosphere was lively, it was super clean and in your room you couldn’t hear any noise from the lobby or outside.

Great Place for a Birthday!
Pros:

Beautiful renovated tower the Marina tower. Great restaurants, beautiful rooms. Pools are pretty, water is warm. Great bar at the pool. Lots of activities, Bike Rental, Paddle Boards, and Jet Skis.

The property is beautiful and has great views of downtown and the harbor.

Cons:

The pool experience was pleasant, but that’s about the only highlight. The staff was very nice, however, we had to change rooms due to issues that needed to be handled by their engineering and maintenance team. In the first room, the TV did not work, and it took them two hours to attempt to fix, but they were unable to resolve the problem. Afterward, we were moved to another room, but the AC did not work there either. They were able to fix the AC, but not until the following morning. We also experienced issues with our room keys, which also needed to work for entering and exiting the parking lot, but they were malfunctioning as well. The staff understood our frustrations and addressed them by offering us credits and complimentary parking, which normally costs $55 per day. The property is beautiful, overall it was a bad experience.

You must stay here!!!
Pros:

Beautiful Hotel. Friendly Fun Staff. Great Location, lots to do! Something for everyone!! Clean, Comfortable, Adult only pool, and kid friendly pool with activities.
Nice walking path down to a beach. Bike and boat rentals. Quiet location even tho it’s across from the airport.

3rd rooms the charm!
Pros:

We had to change rooms twice; once because the shower didn’t work, and a second time because the door to the balcony didn’t work. The hotel staff was quick to accommodate each time, and our third room was perfect! Would have been 5 stars of that hadn’t happened; I don’t understand why guests wouldn’t share with the hotel that the shower or door didn’t work properly in those rooms, but would also expect that they would be reviewing the rooms in between guests! Great family hotel tho, the kids loved the pool and views!

They charge for everything
Pros:

First off I want to recognize Juan from the valet parking, very friendly, informative and helpful!

He gave us advice on what restuarant to go to and it was 10/10 deliciousness! It was Island Prime.

The only reason why Im giving it three stars was because the hotel charges for basically everything! The cost to rent a room is already outrageous and they charge $6.00 for water bottle and some bread at the bakery is about $8.00. I was in room 503, the room A/C does not cool the room very well, it got hot at night, there was also no conditioner for my hair in the bathroom, the restroom door does not lock, it doesnt work. There is also no microwave, they make it impossible to heat anyhing up, they force you and encourage you to buy food there.

Also to reserving a room here at this hotel, they make it almost impossible for anyone to cancel. You cant speak to a live person and its all AI, and they just bounce you to different departmenta to make you give up.

There is also no entertainment, they charge for everything I mean everything.. Yatch rides or anything else to enjoy the area cost alot.

When I was at the kids swimming pool I also received a menu to order food and drinks, and I thought it was convinient because I didnt want to leave my kid alone, I ordered food and 2 beverages and the young guy didnt even bring me anything, after waiting for an hour, I saw a blonde girl with the same uniform as the guy, (Yello shirt) I asked to order with her and she said no because she was going on break.

At the Rumorosa restaurant, I ordered the stake thinking I ordered a big one, it was good, but not great and it was also small and it cost me like $59.00, burger was ok, and it cost $24.00. Cevice was great, and a chicken salad, the chicken was dried and I was disapponited.

My family and I ate at the island prime and I paid like $180.00 with $34.00 tip. The food was amazing, I wouldnt mind eating there again.

At the hotel Rumorosa I am disappointed, I ended up paying $183.00 with $20.00 tip. It was not that good and I dont think the cost to eat there should be that high. The servers there also look stress..

There is also no breakfast included with the reservation, there is nothing included with reservations.

Great bed
Pros:

The bed was so incredibly comfortable. Nice view. Bike rentals are a plus. Tub filled up fast and hot water was fast. If I had to find something to complain about, I wish there was a make up mirror. The bathroom lighting wasn’t the best.

Great conference experience
Pros:

The best bed. Great staff. Key card didn’t always work with parking but it was minor and staff were helpful. Great access to Old Town and Little Italy.
