The location was nice
There was stains on the bed sheets & on the curtains at my room. The hotel had many spider webs and spiders crawling around inside.
It was conveniently located to where we wanted to be. Liked that checkout was at noon.
Staff person we dealt with was not the most professional or friendly. I didn’t understand why we couldn’t check in a little early. Had requested ground floor, got second floor and no elevator. We are old and hauling suitcases up stairs is hard for us. There was no remote control for the TV in the room and when hubs called to ask about it, he got a recording saying they would call him back shortly and they never did. He walked down and talked to clerk. She gave him one that didn’t work. I went back down and told her it didn’t work so she gave us one that did work finally.
Location - was very convenient to the 405 and I-90. We chose them because they are Pet friendly and included a balcony/patio and breakfast.
We did NOT get a balcony/patio as expected. There was no in room tea service (as listed). The hotel itself was pretty outdated. There was a parking fee per day that wasn't listed on the booking site - even though the lot was practically empty. We ended up paying almost $100 more than the Booking total in fees, taxes, etc. for a 2-day stay.

The room was dirty. The floor was sticky. There was a wasp in our room the first day and on our last day there we found ants crawling all over the floor. Parking cost $16.50 per day, which sucks but would have been more okay if it had been disclosed or included in the advertised price (it was not). I wouldn't stay here again.
The room def needed some updating. The bathroom was not very clean at all.
The cleanliness was lacking
I like the location off main highway and quiet.
The lighting is dark in parking areas. =(

The hotel was in a good location, safe, easy to walk to places. Breakfast included was nice.

Location is about 15min walk to Bellevue shopping centre. Its also close to the bus transit terminal and Bellevue downtown light rail which was recently opened.
Paying $20 parking per night. I wish it was free like some other hotels do.
I find the price of this hotel is on the dearer side particularly with taxes. I paid more tax on this stay than the other 2 hotels I stayed when i was in Seattle.
just fine, great for a quick stay. V convenient location on edge of Bellevue office district.
You can see a bit of wear and tear around edges of the rooms/hallways, but for the savings on a night's stay it's ok.
Worst hotel i ever stayed at in bellevue. They dont let you know about any addtional costs till you get their. So id recommend not to stay here especially because it smells like crap outside too. So on top of your room amount they charge up to $300
Staff seemed bothersome or annoyed at our existence. Has all the amenities just isn’t what the pictures or reviews stated. Wasn’t what we expected.
