Great city hotel that offered convenient walks to many of the main attractions and eateries close by. The perfect location. The hotel itself was great, friendly staff, clean rooms and I’d return here again on future trips.

Cons:

It’s a bit pricey but very little cost for transportation once there. Most places were walkable.

Felt safe. Good location

Cons:

Beds seemed smaller than expected Queen. Also a bit too soft which made them less comfortable than hoped. Additionally we found a used towel over the shower rod upon check in. Made me curious if other cleaning procedures were missed.

Great stay and fantastic service from the staff.
Pros:

Great location.
Helpful staff. Very compassionate when my son was unwell. Jordan on front desk was brilliant, when I was feeling very stressed due to my son getting sick.

A comfortable nice stay overall.
Pros:

The hotel looks grand and clean. Staffs was friendly. Nice lobby area and Starbuck at the lobby is a plus. Walkable to Pike place market.

Cons:

A little here and there. Fridge dead, hair on towel, bedding not done like a 4 star hotel, conditioner out and refill the 3 days. The valet can be expensive.

Bathrooms need some type of area to place toiletries for easy access. Mine had to sit on the floor below the sink
