Very cordial and friendly Crew plus great location made our stay memorable and enjoyable.
Pros:

Heart of downtown location. Excellent behaviour, helping attitude and conduct of the Westin Crew Members.
Enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

Worth it for the location!
Pros:

Location was great. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

AC was not as good as I would expect at a hotel of this caliber. Could have cleaned the rooms a little better, they almost stopped cleaning on day 3. We were there for 4 nights.

Pros:

To our surprise the hotel did not offer free wifi they wanted 19.95/day. Also we tried an Italian sausage pizza in their bar. When it came there was no sauce on the pizza so we asked for marinara sauce, never got it from the person we asked, but another waitress said they would get it for us. She did but it was very cold, not heated. We did complain with the reasons stated and they comped our meal. Also there was a huge piece of garlic in one of the slices. Food awful
