The location is great!
The room was not clean the bed smell like sweat,
The location, lobby, and view from our room were great.
Our bathroom was not very clean, and the soap was empty in the shower. The pool was very cloudy with chlorine.
We stayed one night in Jly and found the hotel in badly in need of renovation. While it's in a good central location, the rooms badly need redecorating. The bed was also uncomfortable. We were also put off buy the outrageoug cost of breakfast for two, running at around $70. Avoid this hotel.
This hotel was convenient. We stayed after a cruise. They allowed us to leave our luggage while exploring the city before check in. The beds were comfortable and it had restaurants in the lobby. Will stay again when visiting seattle
Reasonably nice hotel in a good central location but some things really could be better
Room wasn’t made up until gone 4pm despite chasing reception earlier
Body wash ran out during first shower
Gym area lacked machines (mostly just cardio) no floor area to use
Swimming pool was dirty. Water very cloudy. Didn’t risk using it
Location is great—walking distance to many restaurants and Pile Place, etc.
It has not aged well—furniture was shabby, finishes run down. Also one person in our party is in a wheelchair and the “accessible” room was not at all well designed, making it very hard to get in and out of the bathroom. Also the roll-in shower had no chair or other support. The accessible room also looked out onto a dreary rooftop.
ロケーションがよく、スタッフがみんなフレンドリーで丁寧だった。
少し古さを感じた
We liked the location and the view. We liked the bar downstairs.
The bathroom needs to be updated, wallpaper was pealing off the walls and the lighting was really bad and it needs a new toilet. Hated the pillows and the beds are too small
Schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer
Furchtbar lauter Aufzug, der im Zimmer deutlich zu hören war! Vorhang in der Dusche/Bad dürfte nicht mehr sein!
The location was ideal for exploring some of Seattle's best activities—close to attractions and public transit.
The facility is showing its age in some spots. The prices at the Westin are a good value compared to similar properties in the surrounding area, but the baseline costs in central Seattle are a bit unreasonable. I feel like New York was more reasonable.
Location, clean and quiet
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like
I am an Elite Platinum Member with Marriott and have been for 30 years. With a price tag of $440 per night, I sure expected a much nicer hotel. The location is perfect but the building is clearly old and not well kept. Elevators are old and make a lot of noise for anyone with a room near them. The room was ok, but certainly not a $440 per night room. We were upgraded to the Premium Floor due to my Marriott Status. If this room was considered "Premium", I sure would hate to spend the night in one that is not. The carpet was well worn, the black-out shades were so old that the black-out vinyl on the outside of the curtain was falling off, allowing light to come through by 5am in the morning. Bathroom had a lot of wear and damage that could have easily been repaired, but was left in bad shape. The 'hot' breakfast buffet was a complete insult at $42 per person, PLUS a service charge. The buffet is about a 12ftX12ft area. It has the very basics and nothing more. As an Elite Member, we get breakfast free, but it is only a continental breakfast. They won't let you choose which fruit or bread you want. They bring you a plate with whatever they want. So, if you want to get something you like that falls into the Continental area, you have to upgrade and pay the difference, even if you don't each anything hot. The Westin knows everyone will upgrade because of this, so it is nothing more than taking advantage of elite members. All in all, it would be hard to recommend this hotel as the price point makes no sense. By the time with left with upgraded breakfast and room charges, it was $546.
El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y fue el motivo por el que reservamos en ese establecimiento.
Prima locatie in downtown
The location was convenient because it was the starting point for my tour.
I had reserved a king bed, but was given a murphy bed that I had to pull out and find pillows and duvet for in the closet. The room itself was oddly angled as if an afterthought to fit in an extra room next to the elevator.
Also, no WI-Fi on my Chromebook laptop.
