Great location, clean and comfortable, helpful pleasant staff.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived on bicycles and they cheerfully found secure placed to park them after checkout while we explored on foot.

Cons:

Check in line was very long (20+ people) and slow

The room i booked a two queen beds the were more like a twin bed the cleaning was bad I went back to see if we didn't forget something I picked up the skirt of bed and there was a dirty sock that didn't belong to us . Who knows who it was.

The location and hotel.

Cons:

They had only one working elevator and my room was on the 20th floor. On Sunday the day of checkout I had to carry all my luggage/bags down 20 flights of stairs. When I paid $1200 for 2 nights and $165 to valet my car. The staff did not care about the disabled people who could not take the stairs. Honestly, will not stay again.

Bed was comfortable. Good bathtub.

Cons:

Water was barely warm. Couldn't take a hot bath. Wayer was still not hot in the morning. Ice machines didn't have ice, had to keep calling front desk to send ice. Information on tv for hotel, most buttons didn't work. Had to keep calling front desk.

Overall a great stay, forever my favorite hotel in the city.
Pros:

Beautiful common areas, extremely comfortable beds, room service from relish was insanely tasty.

Cons:

Water pressure and heat were abysmal for a $500/night 4 star hotel

Worst experience ever.
Pros:

The amount of pillows. The quick service to provide water. The rush to get us to spend more money than our original price of the room. Oh ya that’s a negative.

Cons:

I had to pay extra for parking at your establishment and I parked at a garage claiming that they were not affiliated with you “Westin bldg garage #3” so they charged me 30 dollars a day.
