Staff and property were amazing. The food was amazing and to have everything you need under one roof was great.
Coffee and drinks a little pricey
Great bar
Fold out bed on couch was uncomfortable
The rooms were very clean and the staff was amazing! My room on the 37th floor had stunning views and the hotel was very beautiful and comfortable.
The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. The beds were really comfortable and they even had a mini bar. Room services is more of a drop off service and I’ve never seen that in a Westin.
The rooms are ready for a refresh, wallpaper was pealing a lot, pool was super cloudy and we couldn’t see our feet.
For me the Weston will no longer rate as a finer hotel chain. This dilapidated hotel is decades overdue for a renovation. Wallcoverings in the room were pealing off the walls and the badly worn furniture gave way to thoughts of what bugs they may harbor. To make things worse, the bed linens smelled like the unwashed hoards that wander the streets nearby.
I have been staying at this hotel for 7 years, this hotel is very central in downtown Seattle. The rooms are clean with good bathroom amenities.
I had drinks and snacks at 1900 5th bar which is quite cozy, the hosts Fabio and Clarence were very warm, hospitable and efficient.
Jennifer at the concierge was very helpful with taxi reservation and dahlia bakery enquiries.

Booked a “Grand View” level room for a conference—turns out the grandest thing about it was my view of how hotels used to be… decades ago.
The room greeted me with a scent best described as “vintage nicotine chic,” like the carpet personally remembers when cigarette ads were aimed at kids. The bathroom ceiling tiles were fraying in a way that made me briefly consider whether I should be calling maintenance… or an asbestos abatement team.
The furniture? Dark, heavy, and chipped—think haunted law library, but less inviting. The deadbolt didn’t work, which really kept things exciting from a safety standpoint, and the mattress had a dramatic sag that ensured I slept in one very specific, preselected position all night.
But the real MVP: the blackout curtains. Or rather, the *concept* of blackout curtains. The inner lining was ripped just enough to let the sunrise hit me directly in the face at dawn—nature’s alarm clock, whether you like it or not.
Amenities were technically present: coffee/tea, a tiny bottle of lotion, no shower cap, an iron, and a minibar so full you couldn’t even sneak in your own water bottle.
Overall, the hotel is dark, tired, and in desperate need of a renovation. Save your money—unless you’re feeling nostalgic for a time when indoor smoking and questionable design choices reigned supreme.

The staff very poor service. Kept us waiting for hours fir their services and they never came through.
Staff was friendly and helpful. There was always water available
One staff member was unhelpful when my daughter forgot her key and purse in the room and refused to get her a new key despite giving her all our information for the booking and room.
Was very good and the service excellent
