Would recommend this hotel if you are visiting downtown or leaving on cruise ship.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to many restaurants and downtown attractions.

Cons:

Bed was a bit soft for what I prefer. Needed a key card to get in restroom in lobby area.

We stayed for 2 nights to see a baseball game and a convert. Everything was central and easy

Location was great for wanting to spend time downtown and going to the baseball game. Enjoyed that everything was within walking distance and great proximity to the Link Light rail.

Cons:

Room had no dresser storage outside of a file cabinet in the closet, no microwave to warm up food, refrigerator was small not great for anything other than some drinks. Room service options were pretty expensive, especially the kids meals.

Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

Close to the Westlake train station and monorail. Easy walking distance to Pike Place Market and other downtown attractions.

Cons:

Less expensive hotel restaurant closed earlier than higher priced restaurant. Not a lot of other food options in the area to walk to later in the evening.

Greta location, friendly staff

Cons:

2/3 elevators broke the day we arrived in the south tower. Most of the time staff helped people thru the service elevator, except the day we left. This resulted in very long wait times for the elevator and our family was split up trying to get down the elevator without luggage.
