Hot and uncomfortable
Pros:

Staff was helpful and sweet! Lobby was nice, unfortunately that’s kinda it lol

Cons:

Multiple things in my room were broken and/or defective. Somehow parking lot was always full even when spots were open. If you plan on using street parking, mind the area. Downtown is not a safe or clean space. Lack of AC made the entire hotel smell like hot breath. Window was broken had to use a trash can to prop it open. And someone took the fridge out of my room??? It’s kinda funny but also I fully thought a fridge would be provided since all the photos online showed mini fridges. Good chance I got unlucky and the guest before stole it lol

Very good experience
Pros:

Everything was very nice, all clean, the bedroom was very comfortable and the personal very friendly, you can always count on Sam, the frontdesk, very kind and helpful.

Really enjoyed this and would go back.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and flexible. Very helpful with local advice. The pool was a small drop of tranquillity. The hotel was very central but excellent value considering the location. Public transport for getting about was very close by and easy to use by mobile phone. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was exactly what was required to fuel up for the morning.
