Would have stayed longer if I could
Pros:

The environment was very tranquil.
The facility was well managed
The room was extremely clean
The bed was very comfortable
The bathroom was well equipped
The amenities were appreciated

Cons:

Maybe my only suggestions wluld be that the bathroom might have some hooks that are not placed so high on the back of the door because I am only 5'4 and I couldn't reach up there to hang anything. The other issue that crossed my mind was that a rug or mat would be nice because the floor was very very cold on our feet

Cons:

The fact that they charge an exorbitant amount of money for parking it doesn’t matter if you’re a guest there or not and then they have a $300 deposit that I still haven’t got back. I supposedly it takes five days.

10/10 do not recommend
Cons:

The room smelled old, musty and mildly like mildew. Water pressure was low. Soap scum build up in the corners of the shower. The location is the worst area of San Francisco. Quiet hours do not exist. All hours of the day and night employees and guests are loud. Seems to be in the middle of a remodel. I’m not sure is my room had already been remodeled or not but either way it wasn’t worth the price. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Half the light switches did not work.

Sam is the bestttt!!!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. A special thank you to Sam at the front desk for the excellent customer service. Sam was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my stay, making the experience even better. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Hot and uncomfortable

Staff was helpful and sweet! Lobby was nice, unfortunately that’s kinda it lol

Cons:

Multiple things in my room were broken and/or defective. Somehow parking lot was always full even when spots were open. If you plan on using street parking, mind the area. Downtown is not a safe or clean space. Lack of AC made the entire hotel smell like hot breath. Window was broken had to use a trash can to prop it open. And someone took the fridge out of my room??? It’s kinda funny but also I fully thought a fridge would be provided since all the photos online showed mini fridges. Good chance I got unlucky and the guest before stole it lol

Great location, within walking distance to the Orpheum Theater.
Pros:

Nice hotel with parking, which is a bonus in SF. Rooms are clean. Heated pool is very nice. Breakfast was perfect with great choices.

I had an awesome stay at this hotel. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out and the property itself was comfortable and well maintained.

A special thank you to Sam, who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. His service really made the stay stand out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
