Pros:

Staff was very friendly, in-house restaurant staff included, restaurant had good items.

Cons:

Lack of refrigerator in room, lack of A/C in room, room had scratched floors and dirty/scratched walls.

Great place !
Pros:

I loved the area, it had private parking for price which is expected for the area. The staff was very sweet and kind. The room was nice and comfortable looked clean. Service was quick as well.

Cons:

I could not find an ac unit but it did have a heater. This could be due to the area being relatively cool overall.

The remote for TV did not display Gide info on screen.The drain plug for bathtub was missing the part to lift plug was missing.

Weekend Trip With Wife
Pros:

Check in was smooth, simply and easy. Nicole at the front desk was fun, talkative and very easy to work with! Nicole gave us great service was also accommodating ,and my wife and I are truly grateful.
The bed was also very comfortable and, the room rate was fair especially since we had booked last minute. It’s been a wonderful trip, and I would highly recommend. Do watch out for the expensive parking valet, that’s the only complaint.

Clean, But Not Quite As Advertised
Pros:

The hotel was clean and ready for our stay and security was excellent. However, the listing on Trip Advisor was deceptive. I searched for a hotel with free parking—the listing said free parking, paid parking, and parking available. I believed that having selected a more expensive room with seemingly more amenities, parking was included. Nope. Parking was an additional $60 charge per night. Breakfast was also no longer included although I selected the meal plan, but we did get $10 vouchers. There was a pool, but it was on the second floor with no view; the listing says it’s on the roof (it’s a four-story hotel). If you need a refrigerator, you must request it. All in all, an okay experience but more expensive than I’d planned.
