San Francisco but affordable and with affordable parking.
Pros:

Beautiful location. The onsite parking garage is super useful and not overly expensive. The staff were all simply lovely, and the sister hotel over the road is a nice hotel.

Cons:

Heard some rowdy chap in the hall outside at 1:30 AM. We called down to the help desk and they said they would send security. We never heard from the chap again.

Great location and friendly staff!
Pros:

Great location downtown. Was only a few minutes away from City Hall. The front desk agent - Sam, was wonderful! He was very friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again just for him! The rooms are a good size. We did hear a little bit of noise from the street but it was someone shouting. The A/C and heater work really well.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I could pinpoint that I did not like. Parking was easy and our car was safe. Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are a good size and the beds are comfy. Can't ask for too much more for a hotel stay.

Very good stay in SF for its money
Pros:

Spacious room with everything you need for your stay
Coffe mashine and decaf option
Parking option on site
Very helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

There was misunderstanding in booking.com services. The hotel do not serve any breakfast.
The area around the hotel pretty sketchy even compare to other SF areas. So using a taxi to get back is highly reccomended

Family & friends enjoyed the stay
Pros:

A slightly older hotel but very clean, comfortable with lovely, friendly staff and a good location although a bit of a distance from the Piers, that said it was great value considering other hotel prices in the area. It was actually a perfect base although the area like much of San Francisco has a large amount of homeless people that might be intimidating for some, this is over much of the city so you should not be deterred from staying at Hotel Fiona. To move around the city we purchased hop on/hop off bus tickets that stopped about 10/12 minutes’ walk from the hotel so we used that over a few days to reach sites plus used waymo that was very reasonable during off peak periods.

The staff was amazing above and beyond. And the Wi-Fi I brought my PlayStation 5, and it was exceptional, I could not believe running a streaming game and I did not have any problems. It was like I was at home. Wired, in.

Pros:

Did not do the Breakfast,so I can't say anything about it. In house parking was a bonus, Pool availability was a nice add on.

I liked the fact that our room and beds were made once during our two day stay.

Cons:

No continental breakfast. There was coffee and dried out crescents. When I made my booking, I specifically used the breakfast filter because I knew that i had no time to go to breakfast somewhere else in the morning with my scheduled activities. I asked for breakfast when I booked the room. I also asked for free parking, but parking was $68 for the two nights we stayed. It was a very awkward spot to squeeze the car in and was a nightmare to park. The bed was very uncomfortable. Air condition literally made a loud screeching drill noise for half an hour in the middle of the night until we turned it off completely. There was no sound proof whatsoever. You could here everyone talking, peeing and walking on top of your head. The hotel was nothing to look at. Outdated, not classic.
