unpleasant location and breakfast not really included
Pros:

The rooms was clean and the staff was friendly. The room is very large compared to others in the area.

Cons:

I had two issues with my stay: (1) the location is not good, I felt unsafe in the hotel area in the evening. (2) The hotel describes the included breakfast as a "buffet breakfast". That is false advertising: the "breakfast" is pastries and coffee\tea.

The style of the room

Cons:

Check in was at 4. Got there at 350 they said the room wasn’t ready. It would be another 15-30 min. At 4:30 the room still wasn’t ready. We had reservations at 5. We had to get ready in the lobby 1 stall bathroom and in the parking garage. Got back at 10:15 they still showed the room wasn’t ready. Had staff go check it and it was ready! Soooo was it ready at 4:00 but nobody marked that it was clean?? The manager was not in site but next door at the sister hotel and would not help staff with all the customers that couldn’t ck in at 4!

Pros:

Location was good but some homeless might be dangerous at dark.
Lobby is quite small
Room was good furniture however it was smells too bad cleaning not so good.
Service and stuff was fantastic so helpfull and smiley. Thanks for SAM and receptionist lady in the morning.
And last thing breakfast is completely disapointed. İt was kind of snack

An amazing stay
Pros:

This is the cutest hotel, I'm so glad I found it. Edward and Sam we extremely professional and helpful. As soon as I walked in, they greeted my family and I. I love everything about our room. The beds and all the furniture was super cute. The windows are beautiful and I think this is my all time favorite hotel. I am definitely staying here again, I wish I lived here!!! The building was easy to find and I love that they had guest parking.

There was a slight issue because someone was already on our parking spot. Sam solved the issue easily.

We needed to print a bunch of personal documents required by the VFS for Norway. It was more than 30 pages and we were so ready for some missing docs and also for the extra charge. Turns out they were able to print out everything, nothing missing, and no extra charge! So awesome..

The location is good, we like the room, everything is clean here, noise level is also minimum. So far we are happy. Thank you for your help.

Best Hotel
Pros:

My best friend and I love coming up to SF for music events. In search of a hotel we found this one. We were left so impressed. The rooms were fairly large and a great view. I love whole look of the hotel. Parking is on site for a cheaper fee than other hotels. The staff was so friends and easy to talk to. I have already booked my next stay with them. The price is good for the location and how easy it is to get around the city. Walking distance to many places.

My fav SF hotel!
Pros:

This was friends’ and my 2nd time staying in Hotel Fiona because of the fantastic experience we had the 1st time and it’s conveniently located to the venues of shows we have tickets to and all SF sites where we dine and visit!

For this 2nd booking, Roger was very helpful when I called to ask questions. Then when we arrived from out of town, we thought to try asking if early check-in could be done because we arrived early to SF to beat the traffic. Sam assisted us and provided top notch customer service promptly and accommodated our early check-in request. What a world of difference it made for us to be able to check-in, place our bags inside the room, and get changed comfortably in our hotel room and not in some public restroom for our dinner and show reservations! Staff are friendly and greet us when we pass each other.

We enjoy Googling the names on the hotel doors to learn more about the author or other iconic legend, when we stay here. It’s a fun learning experience for us in this hotel!

I appreciate how clean and spacious the rooms are and especially like their free continental breakfast with hot beverages in the morning. I cannot recommend Hotel Fiona enough!
