wonderful stay!
Pros:

Great value and excellent rooms
Pros:

Cleanliness, the fact there was NO CARPET, room was large, front desk people friendly and helpful

Cons:

Location is a bit rough. I imagine the number of homeless are dropping due to the new mayor. We chose not to walk around the neighborhood

Awesome hotel and stay!
Pros:

Sam is awesome! Accommodated us and was very friendly! Hotel is clean, organized and staff is very friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and very comfortable! Will stay here again in the future!

We will stay here again
Pros:

Lovely hotel. crown molding in the rooms, paintings in the hallways, and other elegant touches of a bygone era. Each room had a name plate with names of famous San Franciscans (e.g, Lawrence Ferlinghett, Armistead Jones Maupin, Chicken Man). We were very comfortable there. Parking was only a discounted $30 per day, a bargain in San Francisco. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Some have mentioned that the area was sketchy, but we didn't see any blissed out druggies or beggars. SOMA has locations that provide services for the poor, elderly people, veterans, people in wheelchairs, etc. We saw plenty of them. It is not a bad neighborhood, just a lively one.

Perfect Stay for a trip to UCSF
Pros:

We loved Hotel Fiona! Super comfy beds, very clean, and excellent customer service! The room decor reminded me of a place I stayed in Paris. On-site parking is a huge plus in SF! Could not be happier with our stay! Will be back.

Pros:

We were looking out a bay window into a huge tree! Unusual to have both a bay window AND the tree. We chose it for its proximity to SFMOMA, and we appreciated the ability to leave our luggage there both before we checked in and after we checked out.

Nice little hotel in SF
Pros:

It’s a lovely small hotel located in a heart of San Francisco with multiple public transit lines around. The room was clean and it definitely worth the money. Sam is very welcoming and he quickly helped me out to get a new key as I forgot mine in the room.

Good value friendly staff
Pros:

We came to town to support our Seahawks. Not very familiar with SF and was caught a little off guard with the location. Not in the nicest of neighborhoods. However, hotel staff was cool and fun. Accommodated storing our bags and a later check out. Bree , Catherine and Sam were all super friendly. Rooms were fine. Nothing fancy but overall a good value.
