A great place to stay.
Pros:

Chancellor Hotel is very centrally located with cable car stop at the front door and BART not too far away either. The rooms were quiet and a good size. The bed was soft and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel atmosphere was warm, friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The only negative I found was that the pillows were too thick and fluffy. They made my neck a little uncomfortable.

A clean and comfortable space.
Pros:

It was very elegant, comfortable, and clean. It also had amazing coffee that I enjoyed each day.

Cons:

It was a little hot since there there’s no AC. I also had a view of a fire escape however, the room was amazing.

L'hotel è in una posizione eccellente per muoversi a san Francisco coi mezzi, proprio a Union Square. Ha il fascino di una struttura in qualche modo antica per essere a San Francisco, le stanze sono molto belle e pulite, noi eravamo all'ultimo piano e la vista sui grattacieli sia dalla stanza che dal bagno era stupenda. Lo staff è veramente cordiale e molto disponibile. C'è un bar per chi vuole un drink la sera e anche se non si serve una vera colazione continentale troverete h/24 nella hall dei classici cookies americani in vari gusti, la macchina per caffè/cappuccino ecc, dei contenitori di latte fresco, latte di soia, le bustine del tè, degli sciroppi per le bevande (ex vaniglia), distributore di acqua, e poi anche mele e il pomeriggio pop corn caldi. Se vi sembra poca cosa una volta che sul posto vi ricrederete dopo aver visto i costi generali per fare una colazione fuori o anche solo comprare dei biscotti al supermercato. Una struttura davvero da consigliare.

Return my deposit.
Pros:

Old hotel, but well located. The coffee machine, cappuccino, and teas are helpful in the morning.
The problem is that they charged much more because of the deposit, and more than 15 days have passed and they haven't returned it, refunded it, or credited my card. Beware! I asked at checkout for proof of the refund transaction on my card, and they only said it was automatic.


Hotel antigo, mas bem localizado. maquina de cafe, capuccino e os chás ajudam pela manha.
O problema é que cobraram muito a mais por conta do depósito e ja se passou mais de 15 dias e não devolvem e não estornam e tambem não colocam o credito no meu cartão. Cuidado! Pedi no checkout o conprovantw da operaçao de refund no cartao e apenas disseram que era automatico.
