Not much.

Cons:

Bedroom and bathroom were dirty, covered in hair, and window was mouldy. Tv had no signal, there was no bedside light, plug sockets were exposed at wall, and the radiator leaked causing my electricals to be in a puddle of water when I woke up. Plus there was no one on reception, which I had expected travelling as a female on my own. And a guest was running up and down the stairs all night. I had to be moved to the Stratford.

Another great stay in the city.
Pros:

I visit San Francisco at least twice a year, staying at different hotels each time. This was a great stay, and met all my expectations. I will be recommending the Herbert Hotel to all my friends/family.

good location, poor service
Pros:

excellent location, very, close to powell bart station and to the Moscone center

Cons:

There is no room service, not even the added toilet paper and coffee. To get them, you need to go to Stratford hotel, it is not far but it would be better to have a room service if not every day, at least every three days.

Pros:

La posizione è buona, vicina al treno navetta dall'aeroporto, al centro congressi e al capolinea del "cable car".
Il Wi-Fi è gratuito è funziona ragionevolmente bene (anche se una mia collega ha lamentato un'interruzione nel suo funzionamento).

Cons:

Non c'è pulizia della camere o, meglio c'è ma è a pagamento.
La stanza è povera di mobilia. Solo un attaccapanni, niente cassettiere o scaffali dove riporre la roba.
L'albergo è una dependance di alto albergo, lo Stratford, perciò devi recarti la per ogni esigenza: check-in, check-out, asciugamani e/o carta igienica supplementare etc.

Pros:

On a safe street, close to the BART, rooms are clean.

Cons:

There's a small walk-in room/ cupboard and in fact that's where I keep my suitcase but there was no light in there. There should be a nice bright light in that room.

It was an okay hotel bordering poor.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The hotel was average at best. There was scum on the shower, the one outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. 1 of the 2 laps also did not work.

Pros:

la ubicación y el estilo de la habitación 502.

Cons:

Me cambiaron de habitación porque la 503 es muy caliente, la tubería de la calefacción pasa por afuera de la pared. los telefonos de las habitaciones son muy viejos y no dan buena señal. En mi habitación 503 no tenía cómo calentar agua para hacerme un té. En la regadera, la cortina no limita el paso de agua y se salió todaaa el agua por el baño. En la habitación 503 se mete el olor a comida de la calle y eso impide el descanso.
