It’s conveniently placed close to city center.

The property was not very well maintained. The room felt off with only basic amenities. The housekeeping was at an additional charge. I did not enjoy much.

Leuk, proper en goed gelegen hotel

Locatie was goed.
Rustig en verschillende supermarkten/winkels in de buurt.
Gelegen aan de eindhalte van gekende historische kabeltram
Je moet je inchecken in een ander hotel aan de andere kant van de straat met vriendelijk personeel
Prijs/kwaliteit zeker goed

Cons:

Een kleine frigo op de kamer zou wel handig zijn aangezien er geen ontbijt/barfaciliteiten zijn in het hotel

Great location, very poor facilities and Staff
Pros:

Location was good as it was very close to the cable car, the BART/ Metro and the street cars that take you to Fishermans Wharf and Castro.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was non-existent and despite numerous complaints, the staff were very dismissive and did not look at anything. also having booked a 10 day stay, they would only change your sheets once which I think is unacceptable. There is no receptionist at this hotel and you have to go to another hotel to even speak to someone.

Terrible experience/-wont be back.

Only the cleanliness of the bathroom and the bed itself.

Cons:

Debris in lobby and elevator. Un-manned front desk, annoying blinking red lights on phone in room, broken light fixture, no overhead light, no screen on window, no air conditioning. Young inexperienced intake person at Stratford didn’t inform me about my refrigerator I requested making me call multiple times. Non-functioning phone to reception need though she said someone could be reached 24/7. Then hotel Minami making excuses in written correspondence back to me.

Would love to continue to stay when I go to the city a few times a month but need better customer.
Pros:

It is usually my go to hotel but this was a bad experience.

Cons:

I paid for a room with bathroo., was given a room with shared bathroom. When I checked in it took awhile because the staff was moving very slowly and could not find reservation (she was in another hotel portal). I was running behind my plans and did not have time to go to the other hotel with all my belongs and figure out, such an inconvenience.
