Priscilla who is the receptionist at Stratford and who works for Herbert is exceptionally helpful and professional. She gave me a free upgrade and let me have an early check-in at 8am.
The room was quite big and confortable.
The towels were dirty (I found hair on one of the towels)
Close to public transport
Dirty unclean facilities. Bathroom and toilet have weird stains on them. The bathtub had a missing section with rust everywhere. Everything is old and unmaintained. The area is pretty bad to be in with people on drugs and people screaming constantly. Nothing about this hotel was pleasant.
