Hotel Zelos has a mandatory Destination Fee per night per room. The following amenities for all our guests will be included at a nominal charge per night (plus tax).

Great place to stay
Pros:

My stay here was wonderful. The location is central. The room was large and felt luxurious, and the staff was so friendly- especially Jeff. Highly recommend this place

Pros:

The room is spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a walkable neighborhood making it easy to get around. They offer a wide range of amenities & Jeff at the front desk was very helpful in getting me checked in and making sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay!

Good Hotel. Hard to get ride shares.
Pros:

Very good hotel. No microwaves in the room. No steamers for suits in the closet, only iron. Had an unfortunate experience with the in-house restaurant that had me missing a meal. FOH staff is great. Cleaning services great. Beware of taxi services in this area. Ubers cancel frequently and Waymo’s take forever to get to you. I think it’s due to the terrible traffic congestion in the area and GPS is unable to properly pinpoint you in this part of town. If you have to be certain places during the day, on a schedule, you will miss your ETA.

Hotel Zelos exceeded every expectation. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect—everything we wanted to see and do in San Francisco was just a short walk away.

What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our visit special. A special thank you to Jeff, who went above and beyond in every way. His kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay feel effortless and extra magical. It’s rare to encounter service like his, and he truly elevated our entire experience.

We can’t wait to come back. If you’re visiting San Francisco, Hotel Zelos is an easy five-star recommendation.

Clean, fresh, hip, amazing beds and sheets! Well equipped little gym. Nice ambiance.

Cons:

Outdoor hangout area was a bit hard to get to and closed when we wanted to go. Looked like a nice place to enjoy a drink.

Outstanding Customer Service
Pros:

This was a special trip for me and my wife. When Jasmine asked what brought us to San Francisco, we told her we were celebrating 26 years of marriage. She kindly gave us a nice room and a bottle of wine to celebrate.

Jasmine made our trip even more memorable. This was some of the best hospitality we have experienced in any hotel we have stayed at. She is a real asset to the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable. I loved the wide window overlooking Market Street. Even though it is a busy area, the room was surprisingly quiet.

Thank you, Jasmine, for making our celebration of 26 years of marriage so special.

Amazing Experience!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Zelos! From the moment we arrived, Jeff at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home.

The hotel itself was fantastic—clean, comfortable, stylish, and well-maintained. One of the best parts was the location. It was in a great area with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city.

I highly recommend Hotel Zelos to anyone visiting San Francisco and would gladly stay here again!
