Hotel Zelos San Francisco

Had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless and comfortable. Jeff and Jasmine provided exceptional service!

Great Location. What we loved most was the on-site parking for $55, which we found very reasonable. The room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. Jasmine was the best! She went above and beyond to make out stay special. After we checked in, she followed up tp make sure everything in the room was perfect, and she even gave us a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon. Her exceptional customer service made our stay even more memorable. We truly appreciate her kindness and hospitality.

Nice location, nice rooms, helpful staff

Love the atmosphere of the hotel. Feels upscale and not over the top. Smells nice which doesn’t happen often in SF. Gentleman at the front desk was very kind. Hotel is very conveniently located by the Moscone center and has great shopping/dining options nearby.

Checked me in a 2:45am, great service and price, I was very tired after working these crazy new AI era working hours.

I had a great experience at Hotel Zelos. The environment was clean, and it was close to other food places for breakfast. We also had easy access to the Metro. Parking in San Francisco is challenging, so be prepared to look for a multistory car park nearby, if using a car. This issue is not related to the hotel.

Hotel Zelos was a fantastic stay! The front desk staff was kind and very accommodating. The hotel was centrally located and there was easy access to everything I wanted to do in the city. Great food surrounding the area, and lots to do. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, very friendly staff very clean. My only complaint is that the air conditioner is either on and it’s cold or it’s off and it’s stuffy but considering the price it’s definitely the best place to stay.

I had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Zelos. My friends and I stayed here to attend a Giants game. It’s around a 1 mile walk to Oracle Park and located around great places to eat and a Trader Joe’s! I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt modern and relaxing.
