Top , mention spécial pour le réceptionniste je ne me rappelle plus de son nom un homme palestinien / marocain très très gentil comme le reste de l’équipe d’ailleurs

Cons:

Juste pas de nespresso dans la chambre , et étant seule me levant très tôt je ne pouvais pas m’aventurer dans les rues vides . Sinon parfait .

Prima volta a San Francisco
Pros:

Hotel in zona centrale, vicino ad Union Square, comoda ai mezzi pubblici.
Dotato di palestra al sesto piano e dispenser di caffè e té gratuiti al quinto.
Stanza spaziosa e silenziosa.

Cons:

A voler essere proprio pignoli, in camera mancava una macchina per il caffé/té, che di solito è presente negli hotel 4 stelle.

Great stay; would recommend for future SF stays
Pros:

Nice size room with comfortable bed and refrigerator was nice as well. Location of hotel is great, bear public transportation, restaurants, etc

Cons:

Wish there was a less expensive breakfast buffet.

Would book Hotel Zelos again!
Pros:

Jazzy & Zofran were the best!! They made our stay even better , they’re very welcoming, friendly & professional. The location is also great for exploring SF, and their restaurant Dirty Habit was also very good.

Pros:

Booked a last minute stay and just from walking in, the energy was exceptional, a big thanks to Jeff for assisting me throughout the check-in process. It’s my first day in the city and I can say for certain, I’m already loving it just based off of the energy in this hotel
