ok. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again. Parking and sleep comfort was disappointing.
Pros:

staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. Convenient to Union Square.

Cons:

Bedding not thick enough. Only one thin blanket sandwiched between sheets. Pillows were too full. Helpful to supply larger bag for dirty clothes. Expensive parking on top of room which allowed only 1x to leave and return.

Good hotel! Love the decor!
Pros:

The lobby was very nice, they had free mint water, free coffee in the morning and they had security outside.

Cons:

Did not have smart tvs. I felt like I was in the stone age. They only have dish network where you have to sit and let all the channels scroll through and you pick what channel that you want to watch. That is outdated and they need smart tvs. Especially for being a 4 star hotel.

It was near Pride so was good overall
Pros:

Loved the easy access to the lobby nice room big comfy bed and pillows great air conditioner

Cons:

Small bathrooms like very small space in between toilet and sinks, load in the street until very late at night lots of homeless people around the area

It was okay
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. I liked that everything was designed nicely. I couldn’t get the TV to work though. Internet was fast. The complimentary coffee and water station was a really nice touch.

Cons:

The location. Mainly because of the homeless and druggies that were surrounding the hotel. I was scared to stay at this hotel. I paid extra for city views and the views left much to be desired honestly. This is the smallest room I have ever stayed at.

A lovely stay at Hotel Spero.
Pros:

Nice decorative touches. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast dining.

Cons:

Hall carpets were tired, slightly musty. I imagined a different part of Union Square when I booked. A bit rough at night. But all in all, it was a fine place to stay.
