Very nice hotel
Pros:

O really like this hotel, it is the second time I stay to assist the GDC and I recommend it. It's a great location, the room is nice and the staff is very nice as well.

Rooms are very small, but ok for the price. But they don’t leave any water or a coffee maker in the rooms. Also, you have to request cleaning service 24hours before.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had staying in Las Vegas. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival, two of the end tables were broken, the curtain rails were damaged, and the tub filler would not produce hot water. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained.
In addition, the staff was not welcoming and in some cases came across as rude, which made the stay even more disappointing.
What was most frustrating was being charged an additional $230 cleaning fee that was not disclosed on the website and was never communicated to us until after checkout. It’s quite ironic that such a high cleaning fee is apparently required when the room itself was clearly not properly cleaned or maintained.
I would not choose to stay here again.

I wouldn’t want to book at the hotel again.
Pros:

I like how the location was close by to the areas I wanted to site see. It was convenient.

Cons:

It would’ve been nice if they have a closet to hangout clothes and mini fridge. My clothes were wrinkled because I had to keep it in my luggage and there’s no fridge to store drinks and food. While taking a shower, our bathroom flooded and water was everywhere. The employees didn’t bring up the iron and iron board at the time that we needed it. I was already in the lobby and needed to use the bathroom. There’s a bathroom around the corner of the lobby and the guy that works there, followed me and said I couldn’t use the bathroom. He was rude and his behaviors are not acceptable.

It was very good, convenient, close to my conference site, and a very nice, quiet room to relax in

I especially liked the cafe area which was open to guests all the time, and I could sit and work on my laptop there It was a very inspiring space!

Cons:

A comfortable chair in the room would have been nice to have

Nice location, comfortable, easy to reach and at the nice part of the center of San Francisco.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is convenient especiallly if you have to be close to union square and moscone center. From there, touristic places around San Francisco can be reached easily.

Cons:

The hotel does not allow to store the bags on the last day, so it is very inconvenient especially if you have some hours to spend and you want to do it light.
Drip coffee next door is included in the morning, but the staff of the cafe are a bit unfriendly when asked for the "free" coffee.
