Nice hotel, convenient location
Pros:

The location is top notch - right in the Union Square, accessible to the city center and to the public transportation.
The staff is friendly. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and water.
The room is clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The room is pretty small; it wasn’t a problem for us, but you should not expect something very big or full of amenities.

Hotel funcional, problemas con recobro, nadie contesta
Pros:

Buena ubicación, reforma bonita.

Cons:

Personal no valorable porque casi no hay nadie.
Habitaciones enanas, muy enanas: dos adultos con dos maletas: imposible tenerlas abiertas.
No hay ningún amenitie: gorro ducha, una jaboncito, albornoz. Nada
Las vistas de la habitación estandar son a un muro. Un muro que si extiendes el brazo podrías llegar a tocar.
Lo más grave: nos cobraron en la tarjeta el importe correcto + misma cantidad de depósito que 20 días después no nos han devuelto y no contestan a los emails. Nos vemos obligados a formular correspondiente denuncia con todo lo que ello supone.

Emplacement central très pratique pour prendre les transports et rayonner à pied autour de l’hôtel

Équipement très limité, même pas de savon pour se laver les mains

Cons:

Il Lavandino del bagno è in camera e non nel bagno. Siamo stati 3 notti e la camera non è mai stata riassettata.

Pros:

Hotel comodissimo e in piena Union Square a 200 metri dal capolinea della cable car. Comodissimo per una prima visita in città. Hotel moderno e arredato con gusto, pulito e con la possibilità di rifornirsi di acqua quando si vuole.

Cons:

Camera un po’ piccola, anche se va bene se ci si va solo per dormire. Non passano per riassettare la stanza e rifare il letto.

Camera un po’ piccola, il bagno non aveva una porta che si chiudeva ma una porta scorrevole.
Il bar all’interno dove poter fare colazione non ci è piaciuto
