Pros:

The front desk staff was excellent. I forget her name, she was from Guam and she noticed that we were from Hawaii for the Bruno Mars concert. It was extremely busy, but she was calm, professional and treated us like we were VIPs. Just for this experience, I would stay at this hotel again.

With the concert the price was way overpriced

Restaurants are at least 10-15 min walk.
restaurant at hotel was the only convenient place. They must still be in summer mode but at night it was cold outside but the heat inside the room did not work. very cold and wife and i caught a cold.

Perfect location!
Pros:

Great location… within walking distance to Levi’s Stadium!

Cons:

There was a stain on the chair that was missed upon checking into our room. The room was urban, but was worn a bit. Needs a refresh. The bed was wonderful.

This would be my top location for the future. Will recommend to all my family and friends
Pros:

The proximity and location to the event we were attending was perfect. The bed was especially soft and comfortable. So clean and the people were super friendly throughout the hotel.

Pros:

We were charged for 3 cars parked should be only 2!

Cons:

Room really needs updating carpet looks old and dirty for this level of property. Value parking and bellman service should also be provided

I always have a good time. I’ll be back in November. It’s a well kept property very clean. The staff is kind and helpful
Pros:

I love how close it is to the stadium. Makes my life a lot easier.

Cons:

The buffet breakfast is a little pricey. I I have had breakfast there in the past and it’s great. But I’m not a huge eater in the morning so paying that much money doesn’t make sense to me.

El servicio y la atención fueron muy buenos, reservé 2 habitaciones con alimentos incluidos y a pesar de que no hubo buffet ese día, nos dieron carta abierta por persona, ninguno de los huéspedes llegamos al tope que se nos asignó
