Room was cleaned but just felt dirty. Would never sleep under that comforter. Towels were paper thin. Was really a Motel. Not a Hotel.
The location was really nice!
The staff were probably the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They were we’re not there to make your stay comfortable anytime we need anything at all. We got attitude about it. There was only one cleaning lady who was amazing everybody else, including the manager. The people who work at the front desk were miserable and rude. Half of the outlets did not work in the room, the fridge did not work and when it did it would freeze everything solid. Dead roaches behind the furniture, getting clean towels was harder than getting new sheets. Same with pillows. The pillows were extremely small. About the size of a couch throw pillow. The pool area has multiple signs that said the pool opens at 7am. Per the workers it does not open until ten, every other hotel in the area opens at 7. The hotel specifically says they have barbecue grills, the grill belongs to the hotel next door. Also says that they have docking for boats that is also a lie that also belongs to the hotel next-door. The lobby is not free. It has beach chairs which you have to pay for. All in all, I will never stay there again. I will go down the road to the golf view where the rights are the same. The staff is nicer. You have private beach access and you feel safer there.

To był mój drugi pobyt w tym hotelu. Bardzo żle zostaliśmy przyjęci w dniu przyjazdu przez personel w recepcji. Tak naprawdę to recepcja szukała pokoju bo nie ma wolnych... Otrzymaliśmy pokój na 5 piętrze z uwagą że sprzątanie będzie co trzy dni!??? Ten pokój nie spełniał standardu nawet jednej gwiazdki. Z łazienki lała się woda i płynęła na cały pokój, klimatyzator działał jakby nie działał. Po reklamacji i żądaniu nowego pokoju albo zwrocie kosztów znalazł się inny pokój na drugim piętrze, ale pojawił się problem bierzesz albo zwrotu kosztów nie będzie...

Location can't be beat! Within walking distance to many restaurants/bars and the beach! You don't need a car to get around this part of Clearwater.
The other part of the hotel was sold last year and now you can no longer have access to 2 pools or larger rooms to accommodate families. Also, we lost use of a washer/dryer due to the sale of the hotel. The washer/dryer that was at the Clearwater Beach Hotel was malfunctioning and after repeated attempts to use them and telling the front desk about the issues we encountered, they finally put an out of order sign on the machines. Need to have more than 1 washer/dryer for the entire hotel. Also, would like to see more umbrellas at the pool.
