Not comfortable did not sleep well there on business beds need to be replaced
Pros:

I had a water view which is what I payed for

Cons:

Uncomfortable mattress rude stafff I don’t like to be micromanaged that’s why I am in business for myself

Wouldn’t recommend staying at this place to anyone, there is way too many other places that are way nicer for just a few

Location was great we have stayed here before and access to the beach wasn’t far,

Cons:

Found roaches in two of the four rooms we had on the fourth floor, the nite cap guy said they was palmetto bugs which is roaches if ya look it up, the manager was awesome but night shift guy was a douchebag, they try to tell you that you can’t be on the balconies after 10pm or you get complaints and try to make u leave the property, cleanliness was horrible, and don’t plan on doing your laundry their,unless ya brought your piggy bank with ya

Would definitely recommend to anyone and plan on returning!
Pros:

Walking distance & Perfect location for everything. Marina, food, shopping, the beach, coffee and much more.

Cons:

The showers needed bigger curtains and the showers needed to be higher in the side. Mini fridge wasn’t cold enough like it should have been. We kept most of our stuff on ice the whole time.

Cons:

There were roaches crawling all over our room. Down the walls and coming from under the beds. The pool filter was not running or non existent and therefore dirty and the lounge chairs were all cracked. Some of the staff were rude.

It was good except for the surprise fee we had to pay

Location. Mostly friendly staff. Clean

Cons:

Booked a room. Parking fee was included. We did not have a vehicle and asked to have the fee removed at the time of booking. Someone on the property’s staff responded telling us the fee would be credited when we checked in. However when we checked in the desk person refused to credit us because we booked through Booking. This seems a little deceptive and was very frustrating realizing our stay would cost nearly $200 more than planned.

Pros:

Me and my husband had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would definitely come back. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed and very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Good location, needs updating to room.
Pros:

The location was great!

Cons:

The property and rooms are very outdated the lamps were coming off the walls, shower was not as clean and neat as it should be the trim is coming off the wall. Just needed a full update.

The location.

Cons:

The room had a bad smell.There were gnats flying in the room the whole time. On our second night we found a few roaches. We order food and by the time I went to use the restroom to wash my hands a roach flew in my food. The beds sheets were stained and the pillows super worn out.The refrigerator wasn't working appropriately. Mold in the bathroom walls.In general I was not pleased with the room.

Ok- i wouldn’t stay again unless mattresses were replaced .
Pros:

Location !! Beautiful harbor view .

Early check in.

Clean room but outdated ( only down fall was mattress)

Service was very quick- our a/c did not work and within an hour they had it replaced and fixed !

Good water pressure for showers & taller shower heads ( we struggle with shower head being low on a lot of hotels we’ve stayed at)

Walking distance to beach - about 10 min walk and your in the sand.

Great coffee place & taco place across the street

No breakfast at this hotel.

Cons:

No exaggeration on- the beds are the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on- my family & i had 5 rooms total and all were awful.

Pool was locked until almost noon when signs said 7am.

Cockroach found in room…..

Elevators were smothering hot & very slow..

Great place to stay close to the beach and restaurants.
Pros:

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff was very welcoming and there was someone at the front desk whenever we needed anything.

Cons:

There were people smoking in the pool when we were using it. Didn’t remember seeing signs there saying no smoking.
