Some odd things happening , one day a group of kids running down the hall and nearly ran me over and knocked me down . And then on a return trip back there was something happening that cops were corralling a group of people to continue past our hotel a lot nerve racking

We were 100% satisfied with our stay. Checked-in early, upgrade, free breakfast!
Pros:

The front desk allowed us to check in early and upon arrival of the room- it had not yet been cleaned. Not only did the cleaning staff run down and get us a new room, she made sure it was an upgraded room, but she also made sure that we had a complimentary breakfast the next morning! I wish I remembered her name! All of the staff were amazing :)

Home away from home style relaxation, with a gorgeous view!
Pros:

The staff were all outstanding! From the check-in receptionists to the cafe barista, everyone was very welcoming and informative. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was equally well kept. I would like to highlight housekeeper Sharon for helping my family with extra towels and directions in the building, and check-in clerk Rae-Rae for being wonderfully informative about weekend activity highlights on the beachfront. All the staff were great, my family and I will be returning customers.

Cons:

Signage to find the property among the complex of apartment buildings up and down the block is difficult to spot. The hotel’s signs blends in too much like. A few spotlights to standout or a new sign that pops out more would be helpful.

Pros:

It was close to the Riverwalk

Cons:

The hotel was in disrepair. Carpets were extremely dirty. I had a roach fall from ceiling on my face in bed. Got a video..spoke to front desk clerk Angela showing her my video. She had no authority and hotel manager would not speak to me. She stated he would be 20mins before he would come out. I powered thru my stay and made myself a promise. Never again
