Roach infested, uncomfortable atmosphere.

The French toast was OK.

Cons:

They were roaches all up in our room! We have videos and pictures of it. I got random bites on my arm from it as well. My wife and I still have not got a refund for our stay.

Very happy with my stay there.
Pros:

location was perfect as I was visiting a family member at Manatee Memorial Hospital and could easily walk there along the riverfront trail, which was lovely. Staff was generally friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good, with server Lauren being especially accommodating. Hotel is very clean and well managed, and the price more reasonable than other hotels nearby.

Cons:

More flexibility on checkout time, considering the circumstances of my family being in the hospital. The hotel wasn't busy when I was there.

Pros:

The location with beautiful established trees and landscaping, proximity to the river walkway.
The staff were attentive and knowledgeable.
The Starbucks cafe was a plus, the restaurant menu was preferable to leaving the property for a light meal.
Rooms updated and very comfortable! The fitness and business center were a great addition.
