Roaches
We've stayed here many times but were not able to get there for this reservation. We were disappointed! It's a nice place. So this review is not worth much. But it's always been our go-to place in Green Valley in the past!
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable.
When I first arrived the room was hot and took all night to cool down, it smelled bad. The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work, the spa was not working and they close the pool area too early at 7pm. Ice machine didn't work. Could have more comfortable seating in the rooms.
Restaurant was great. Staff very nice
I’ve already emailed twice…once for each night we stayed . First night, dead bugs on ac unit and vent on ac hadn’t been dusted forever.
We were back a few days later, to remodeled room. Looked very nice but…. Curtain was ripped too to bottom, desk chair seat was totally shredded and belongs in a dumpster, fridge we had to unplug as rattled badly
I loved the breakfast and having the restaurant/bar on-site
I didn't like that they didn't have daily housekeeping. The fitness center wasn't open.
The hotel was in a good area and was very well-kept. Our room was very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated having options.
We would definitely recommend this hotel.
Location is great. Convenient to a lot of what is in the Green Valley area and its surroundings. Plenty of parking available. Pleasant outdoor pool area. Not much of a lobby. Room was comfortable. Would have loved something other than a desk chair to sit/lounge in. Desk staff on the 3-11p shift were the most pleasant and helpful. The inclusive breakfast provided in the motel’s 19th Hole Grille is a great plus — a real meal with multiple choices available. (The Grille is a real evening hot spot for Happy Hour and later. Beware karioke on Saturday evenings.) I hate the “new” hotel/motel approach to cleaning — that if you want it, you have to request it. We found coordinating cleaning requests difficult.
Breakfast was great and staff was excellent
Bedding on sofa bed was dirty so couldn’t use it. Hot tub wasn’t working
I reviewed this property in ‘25, and I hoped the establishment would get better. It didn’t. Checked in for three nights, ground floor room. Room was musty, but no big deal. Noticed less than a half-full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with no spare. “Get one from the front desk” the page on the bed stated. Decent sleep, fair pillows, but when we wanted to warm the room the next morning- no heat. A/C was fine, but no heat.
Went out for the day and on our return the room key wouldn’t open the outside door. The fellow at the desk was confused…”How many nights are you here?”. Finally got two new keys…and two rolls of TP. I think this was the third strike.
The hotel was great for what I usually experience when visiting a Best Western. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it was a plated meal in the attached restaurant, not the typical buffet style you see at most.
Not much to like!
So many issues: Hot tub was not hot, the morning breakfast was a joke, rooms were very outdated, carpets need cleaning, maid service was not completed.
It will be even better when renovation is complete and elevators are available.
Location
Out dated smells old especially carpet
Nice staff
It’s avery run down place, filthy, I didn’t dare to make coffee due to the filfth in the coffee maker! I asked for my room to be cleaned, and they just made the beds! Dust everywhere!!
