Friendly staff, good location, noisy surroundings.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, area was good for what we needed. The staff checked in on us and did offer some assistance during our stay.

Cons:

Loud - hotel is in downtown area, our room was right outside an elevator. Lots of sirens, yelling from outside, and elevator/guest noise. Also the bathroom in our room was very small.
