Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr große und hatte eine kleine Küche.

Cons:

Relativ laut: sowohl Kühlschrank als auch Heizung machen Geräusche. In der ersten Etage war der Verkehr auf der Straße bei geschlossenem Fenster zu hören.

Pros:

- hotel is nice and clean; beds are comfy
- we rented a suite with kitchenette and it was well stocked
- staff was super nice and helpful
- Valet parking allows you to drop your car right in front of the hotel and not worry about parking
- location is excellent
- would stay again

Cons:

- parking is valet parking so you need to plan a little bit in advance during busy hours; that being said - valet staff and we appreciated all their help when we were running behind

Everything. The room was great, it was clean, valet service, everything great!

Cons:

Free water bottles? Idk, honestly it was great, wouldn’t have changed a thing.

Pricing, location, staff deserves 5 stars plus! If we come back to Victoria we will book again!
Pros:

For a family of 5 it was perfect experience, everything was super close and own little kitchen helped a ton. The best part is definetly location, we were able to walk to all places we wanted to visit! Staff is the best: very friendly and shows how much they care. Text messages with questions about our experience 3 time a day was unexpected, but great strategy to make our stay comfortable as much as possible.

Cons:

Parking. It was too expensive for valet parking. I wish there was an underground dedicated parking for random use of my car. Parking in city was a little annoying. Parking with Valet option was great but too expensive. Marriott offers 16 dollars for parking.

Great Location – The hotel’s location is excellent: close to the harbour, restaurants, and public transit. One thing to note is that the room rates can jump quite a bit over the weekend.

Safety Tips – Thanks to previous reviewers who mentioned security concerns around Pandora/Douglas, I made sure to turn right instead of left when heading to the bus stops. I walked back to the hotel around 8:30–9:00 pm on two occasions. While there are some homeless people in the area, there were also many tourists around, and overall it felt manageable.

Friendly Staff – The staff are very nice, welcoming, and supportive, which added a warm touch to my stay.
