One night only so not a lot of time spent at the hotel, but is was adequate and comfortable
Pros:

Excelente opción en Victoria!
Pros:

El lobby muy agradable, el servicio de café excelente, excepto por el horario. Mi habitación tenía una cocina completa, aunque con pocos accesorios, la ubicación bien , pero la vista de mi habitación no era bonita.

Cons:

Que no tuviera buena ventilación la habitación, sobre todo el baño.

Pros:

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The car service is super convenient — they pick up and drop off your car whenever needed, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. The location is very good with everything nearby, and it’s a great value for what you get. Having a kitchen with a large fridge was also a huge plus, making it very easy to cook and store food.

A fabulous hotel in an amazing location with incredible staff!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was central to shops, water, grocery stores, restaurants and fast food. The room was fabulous with two beds and a pullout couch - great for a mom traveling with two adult children. The kitchenette was a great bonus!

Great location, walkable to most of the downtown area. Staff were friendly and the lobby area was comfortable. The specialty coffee machine was nice but it would be nice to have it available for the full day.

Property was clean and comfortable worth the cost except not super great on housekeeping.
Cons:

Housekeeping. We ask for more plastic cups and we're told they would be brought up and never were. Our room was never made up on the last day that we stayed there. We came home from a long day to dirty towels and messy beds. They sent an email asking if we wanted the room made up and we asked them yes please we would like it made up and it was not when we got in. It was 9:00 at night when we got in so we really couldn't do anything except get in messy beds and have no clean towels and never got our plastic cups. Otherwise the property was clean.
