Pros:

The staff are friendly and welcoming. The car service is super convenient — they pick up and drop off your car whenever needed, so you don't have to worry about finding parking. The location is very good with everything nearby, and it’s a great value for what you get. Having a kitchen with a large fridge was also a huge plus, making it very easy to cook and store food.

A fabulous hotel in an amazing location with incredible staff!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was central to shops, water, grocery stores, restaurants and fast food. The room was fabulous with two beds and a pullout couch - great for a mom traveling with two adult children. The kitchenette was a great bonus!

Pros:

Great location, walkable to most of the downtown area. Staff were friendly and the lobby area was comfortable. The specialty coffee machine was nice but it would be nice to have it available for the full day.

Property was clean and comfortable worth the cost except not super great on housekeeping.
Cons:

Housekeeping. We ask for more plastic cups and we're told they would be brought up and never were. Our room was never made up on the last day that we stayed there. We came home from a long day to dirty towels and messy beds. They sent an email asking if we wanted the room made up and we asked them yes please we would like it made up and it was not when we got in. It was 9:00 at night when we got in so we really couldn't do anything except get in messy beds and have no clean towels and never got our plastic cups. Otherwise the property was clean.

Excellente location- staff very helpfull - a lot of towells and face clothes - big screen tv - valet parking

Perfect downtown location!
Pros:

This was our first time staying here and it was an amazing stay! The location is very central to all the downtown attractions, and convenient to get anywhere from this location. The room was very comfortable, soundproofing was pretty good, and the staff kept the room clean and comfy. Front desk staff were also fantastic and helpful. Our favourite hotel feature was the specialty coffee machine where we could grab a hot drink on the way back to our room!

good hotel in downtown Victoria
Pros:

Nice room size, excellent staff, great location in downtown. Restaurant for Breakfast and Lunch adjacent to the hotel.

Cons:

I reserved a room with kitchen however it lack a proper exhaust fan. Bed too close to the door. very limited gym
