Great value, location and staff--would be happy to stay here again.
Pros:

The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants and entertainment. The valet parking made driving to and from the city convenient. The hotel restaurant, The Ruby, is a favorite and did not disappoint! All of the staff were polite and informed, and the stay was fantastic.

Cons:

The only minor issue we had was the late night noise (music and voices) from a nightclub behind the hotel. I used earplugs and slept without a problem, but we noticed the noise when we were talking or watching TV.

The staff are amazing!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent, within walking distance to most attractions my kids were interested in downtown Victoria. The room was big enough for a family of 5, I loved having a kitchen so we could make our own meals and snacks. The staff went above and beyond for my family!

Cons:

Having the bathroom light switch on the outside of the bathroom with kids. My kids had so much fun messing with whomever was using the bathroom. My teen was not amused.

Lovely clean stay just need to improve on water temperature and maybe the noise of fridge
Pros:

Great location and friendly staff!

Cons:

Hot water lukewarm when units use hot water the same time I guess but we had two days of warm water instead of hot water when showering so quite cold during spring time

Pros:

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Staff members were really quick with answers and information. Really liked the hotel. Will stay again if i come back to Victoria.

Pros:

Location was great. Beds super comfortable.

Cons:

Toilet ran and needed work. No hot water in the evening to shower. Hold/ cold markings on the shower are backwards which is not very safe.
