Pros:

Chambre propre avec frigo et four micro-ondes, cuisinette avec terrasse au dernier étage
Super emplacement pour l'accessibilité aux services et à la ville (près du water taxi, 20mim de marche du centre-ville, de Stanley park, de kitsilano...)

Cons:

Peu d'équipements dans la chambre, devions appeler pour avoir papier toilette, verres, débarbouillettes...
Quartier un peu moins rassurant, il y avait des gens intoxiqués couchés sur le trottoir un soir
Hôtel très de base pour le prix

Good location, but could be better.
Pros:

Good location in Downtown.

Cons:

Just one elevator for the entire hotel, and one day it wasn’t working properly. The laundry room has only one washing machine and one dryer for the whole hotel. The hotel’s décor and facilities are quite dated and could definitely use some updating. Overall, the quality does not justify the price, and I don’t think it offers good value for money.

Location was okay.

Cons:

They don’t clean the room and change the towels daily. The bathroom has a bad smell like moldy. The only one elevator works that waiting time is too long.

Disappointing Introduction to Vamcouver.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The double room was very small with a large aircon unit mounted on the floor next to the bed. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable

All the fittings and furniture need an upgrade
The room was very poor value for money. The rated paid was in excess of $400 per night for a couple.

Pillow are KEY please dont skimp on pillows. It seems small but it is extremely telling in quality.
Pros:

Staff are the star of the stay!

Cons:

Pillows in double rooms were TERRIBLE. Filled with cheap toy stuffing- over filled or half full and clumping.
Not just one, every single pillow was the same quality.
Not pleasant
I have stayed before in a king size room and did not have the same issue. So im not to sure if the issue is hotel budget cutting or a one off?

Great experience especially for a last minute help on a sold out weekend.
Pros:

Conveniently located to several restaurant areas as well as having scooters right out front making for quick transport to further areas. Staff was kind and supportive. Overall clean set up and rooms were comfortable. House keeping available for needs if we had them.

Cons:

Ice machine was down Thur and Friday but repaired Saturday, first world problems I know. However they gave us ice baggies in the mean time from down stairs.

The location. It was very convenient to travel from there

Cons:

The bathroom was dirty, the floors were dirty and slightly sticky. There was a weird mouldy smell at times. They cleaned the room on alternate days, which is fair, but even on the day they cleaned, the bathroom still wasn't cleaned.
Basically I think the upkeep hasn't been good and of course cleanliness was an issue.

The staff that I interacted with were so helpful and polite highly recommended staying there.
Pros:

How friendly and helpful the staff was. Where it was located and nice they had a White Spot restaurant.

Cons:

It’s too bad you have to wait till 4 to check .
