Duur voor wat we kregen.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel achter de balie. Leuk dakterras. Mooie gemeenschappelijke keuken.

Cons:

Kamer keek uit op een muur, er kon geen enkel raam ook maar een beetje open, er is een kitchenette maar er was maar 1 bord, 3 lepels, 2 vorken,… op een 4 persoonskamer. De toiletbril lag los op het toilet. In de beschrijving van de kamer stond 2 grote 2 persoonsbedden opgegeven, maar waren in werkelijkheid 2 twijfelaars. Borg werd een maand vastgehouden, terwijl ze bij het uitchecken gezegd hadden dat de borg na een drietal dagen teruggestort zou worden.

A pleasant stay at a nice hotel and good value for downtown Vancouver.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and staff were above and beyond helpful, not only telling me where I could get bottled water on the premises but actually going and getting me a bottle. The keycard system was simple and worked smoothly, and the internet connection was good. I was pleased that the entertainment system used Roku and I could watch my favourite shows with my own account.

Cons:

The location is close to downtown, but you have to walk down a seamier section of Granville for about 15 minutes to get to Robson. Not super scary, just a little sketchy. I wouldn't want to walk that route at night. Also, the Google maps app kept directing me to the back entrance of the hotel supposedly on a street called "Continental" that as far as I can tell does not exist. The back entrance is closed in the evening anyway. An Uber driver explained that cars cannot stop at the front entrance on Drake Street. This is confusing to say the least!

Non existing management.
Pros:

Close to downtown

Cons:

One elevators was down our entire stay and took long time to go back and forth from our room. Loud noise at 2am that woke me up two nights in a row. Asked management to call/e-mail me regarding my complaint and never got a response. Have video of the noise recorded from second night.

The size of the room . Big room, nice stuff.good location silence at the center.the bad is very comfortable, Near grocery store.

No breakfast, the light are poor
They dont clean the room every day.

Excellent sejour, super emplacement
Pros:

Super emplacement, à 15-20 minutes à pieds de tout ce qu'il y a à visiter. On n'a pas touche la voiture. Location de vélo possible dans l'hôtel et moins cher que dans les compagnies de location de velo. Cuisine pour tout le monde pratique.

Cons:

Le carrelage est un peu cassé par endroit mais ça va, c'est du détails.

The proximity to Granville Island and Davie Village, with lots of dining options, was great.
Pros:

The property has been updated to a certain extent. The room configuration was generous. The staff accommodated my request to store our luggage when we arrived in the morning.

Cons:

While rated as a 4 star, it's more like a 3 star hotel with some improvements, such as better HVAC system. Fitness center was closed.

The white spot associated with the hotel served me a raw chicken breast. Overall experience was bad

The room was not cleaned properly.
Cons:

When I got into my room, the floors where wet, there was dirty towels left behind from the previous people, and the cups where not washed. The drains in the shower and the sink were partially clogged.
