Pros:

Hotel com boa localização. Quarto amplo, bem equipado com cafeteira, micro-ondas e frigobar, cama confortável. Banheiro amplo , com bons produtos de higiene disponíveis. Excelente atendimento da recepção. Também gostamos de poder deixar nossas malas no hotel antes do horário do check in. O prédio do hotel é antigo, porém dá para perceber que estão reformando os quartos e as áreas comuns aos poucos.

Expensive for what you get
Pros:

Friendly staff and location was handy for a few places to visit

Cons:

Number 1 was the price..for what we did not have in our room ie, proper cups, glasses, plates and cutlery, half a toilet roll, half a box of tissues, no exhaust fan. Even the shared kitchen did not have plates or cutlery!

Pros:

Ligging centraal, aardig personeel, restaurant in het hotel. Lekkere douche, lekker bed

Cons:

Op zich is alles er maar om de prijs/kwaliteit in verhouding te krijgen mag eea wel opgeknapt want het oogt ‘hummelig’ vanwege dingen die versleten zijn. Ook schoonmaak verdient aandacht.

La habitación es grande y confortable, con todas las comodidades, heladera, microondas, cafetera. Camas muy cómodas... En la recepción del hotel todas las señoritas son muy amables, Mei es encantadora... solo uno de los encargados es muy mal educado...
Está cerca de estación de bus con conexión a todos los lugares . Muy conveniente

Mi vuelo llegaba muy temprano y había solicitado si se podía early check in y me habían dicho que si había habitación disponible no había problema, al momento de llegar el encargado hablando de mala forma quería cobrarme U$S 100 por entrar antes a pesar que mostre su mensaje .... esas actitudes empañan el trabajo excelente de todo el resto del personal que es muy amable .

Pros:

Great size rooms, very clean and having coin operated laundry available was great. Location was good walking distance to Vancouver city.
Luggage hold before and after checkin/out was really handy. Staff were all friendly and helpful
