Pros:

Good location downtown near the end of Granville Street. Great grocery store/market/coffee shop right nearby, plus lots of restaurants etc. Staff were lovely and let me have an early check in when I arrived before normal check in time.

Cons:

It's a bit dated for the price, but that's what you get downtown in general these days.

Great stay in Vancouver!
Pros:

Great and accessible location, the hotel was clean, the room was spacious, complete facilities for everything you might need. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Theresa and Nicole. They have a shared kitchen and lounge at the top floor which is great.

Cons:

No breakfast at the actual hotel, but you can eat at the restaurant connected to the hotel which is a bit pricey even with the discount they offer. Some of the facilities seem old, like the elevator is pretty slow, and on one of the days we were there, someone got stuck in it and they had to call the fire department to get the person out which is pretty scary to experience. It's expensive, but that's the price of staying in Vancouver.

Pros:

Location of the hotel was great, close enough to downtown but far enough that it wasn't too busy. The room was clean and spacious for 2 people. The staff were kind and welcoming every time we walked past the front desk.

Cons:

There wasn't much that we did not like. The only thing was the tv in the room, it did not have a remote to watch live tv but we were still able to use the roku.

Pros:

Good location, staff were friendly and let us store luggage when we checked out.

Cons:

Room and facilities were quite dated, some sockets didn't work, the TV inexplicably turned on at 4am which scared the life out of us!
