Pros:

Great location w lots of shops, food, and coffee nearby. Beds are cozy and easy sleeping. Gated parking is a nice perk. Roof hangout is fun.

Cons:

Staff is not always friendly. Toilet paper could be better.

Cons:

The hotel was better than I expected. I had lower expectations due to some of the reviews. It is clean but a bit old. The toilet seats need to be changed.

The hotel could have been cleaner. The elevator was dirty .
I had to ask for clean towels and garbage removal on my third day .

Excellent Stay at Excellent Location plus top notch service.
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located and best of all the staff was completely professional and well trained. I had a request that they helped me out with that I didn't expect they would. They went the extra mile and I was so happy!

Pros:

I arrived two and a half hours prior to check-in. My room was ready, which was awesome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I really liked the location, as I was able to walk to Rogers Arena to watch the Canucks game for which I was in town. I had one of the best sleeps I've had in awhile. The bed was super-comfy.

Pros:

Not they charged me for a remote $100 and accused me of stealing the remote and I didnt even use the TV I turned the TV off and put the remote back in the dresser where it was when we entered the room
