Pretty much everything. I got the feeling that the staff would have attended to any concerns that I may have had.
One of the elevators was out of service. Not a beg deal for me. I use the stairs by choice.
This hotel is well situated and the rooms are fairly comfortable for a short stay.
Rooms need updating. Elevator needs fixing, only one elevator for the entire building was available during our stay. Penthouse kitchen needs a good scrubbing, it looked like the floors hadn't been mopped in quite some time and there was black mold around the sinks.
Spacious clean rooms
The staff were friendly
The accessibility for wheel chairs, the hotel room was not clean, there is nowhere to park in the underground parking to be able to take the elevator while in wheel chair. Also one elevator was broken, the halls are too hot in the hotel.
Location was great close to everything that you need to get to downtown Vancouver. The room is dated. It’s not bad, but not anything extravagant. We were out most of the day, enjoying downtown and only came to the room to sleep really we did a room with a kitchenette so we could cook in there as well. I was kinda sad that the hot tub was down other than that great stay.
The water was actually too hot. It can burn you.
My room was quiet and comfortable … I was needed to stay in Vancouver as my husband was having surgery at VGH and your hotel was a 40 minute walk… I didn’t have to battle traffic each day and if needed a taxi or uber was available.
I left my car at VGH and walked as it was cheaper to leave it there than at the hotel…parking is an added expense…
Friendly staff, central location
It was all good
