Location. Very good.
Pros:

The location is nice! Central for sure!

Cons:

The facility is in desperate need of updating. The pillows are the worst I’ve ever slept on. The bathrooms are closely making their way to gross.

Good Stay in Canada!
Pros:

The staff was helpful when we asked for directions or we needed something for our room. They were very friendly too!

Cons:

We did have to call downstairs and ask for towels that should’ve been replaced especially since we left them on the floor.

Pros:

The room was spacious for a hotel room and offered a lot of empty space for our belongings. There was a dresser and a few cupboards. We were upgraded to the kitchen room so we had a working sink and cutlery which was a great addition. The King bed was comfy and we woke up feeling fresh most mornings. The pillows were OK, a bit lumpy but generally good for sleeping. Location is great with the 7/11 near by and lots of places to eat. Plus the 20% discount on the White Spot linked to the building offered some real convenience and great food when an easy solution was needed.

Cons:

The laundry machines in the P.H. level require $5 in Canadian loonies to operate. Staff was unable to make change for it so you really have to pre-plan and bring change with you. Steep price for an already relative expensive stay.
