Very convenient location for event I was attending. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable. Hotel was located close to an event I was attending. Quick walk to the seawall.

Cons:

Sink faucet was oddly placed, felt like I was splashing water all over the backsplash. Not totally clean upon arrival.

Very happy with location and cleanliness. Not happy with breakfast.
Pros:

The location is very accessable to all commute.

Cons:

The bed box…. its squeking, feels like its gonna break.
Breakfast is not what i expected, for 4 days i stayed, same food.

Best spot to catch the whitecaps
Pros:

Proximity to bc place is unbeatable

Cons:

Minor concern. We weren't aware of construction blocking our usual access route so had to lap a couple of times. Not a big issue. Great stay

Outstanding staff and you can't beat the price, location, and value.
Pros:

The free breakfast was pretty darned good for what is considered a three-star hotel. Location was perfect because you can walk anywhere to get just about anything you need. The room was clean, which is a deal-breaker.

Cons:

The ONLY critique I had about the entire stay was that the bathroom faucet was awkwardly placed, which led to puddles on the counter when you washed your hands.

Pros:

The location and the room were perfect. The breakfast was always good.

Cons:

I didn’t like that my truck wasn’t able to be parked in there parking garage due to it being taller than 6ft. I wish I would have known this in advance to plan accordingly. I booked this location due to free parking and had to pay $90 to park in another hotels parking garage.
