Loved staying here! The staff is so nice and welcoming!

Really nice little hotel in a good part of Vancouver. We were there for the Eras tour and loved that we could walk to the stadium and that the hotel was in to the Taylor theme of the weekend. The hotel itself is a little outdated but still very charming. We loved our big room and the big bathtub, and the free breakfast every morning. We would definitely stay there again!

The hotel was in a great central location. We could walk to everything we needed. A beautiful city. I will be back.

Pretty sure their walls are made of cardboard. This is the second stay at this hotel chain in the past 11 months and both times I could hear absolutely everything from the neighbors. I’m talking every cough, every conversation, every extra curricular activity, and the list goes on. I had to turn on my white noise on my phone at full blast and I could still hear the person above me snoring in the person below me coughing. And why do the elevators have to ding on each floor? That’s extremely loud and annoying. The picture also showed a bathtub and I’m chronically ill stopping from a road trip. Looking forward to a nice hot bath and my room only had a shower. False advertising is a big deal when your chronically ill and looking for things you need. This was the deciding factor between the two hotels I was looking at. Needless to say, I will never book this hotel chain again.

The room was clean and had everything we would need while away from home.

Check in was so easy.

I appreciated the water filtration system as well as carafes for the water.

The hotel was located close to shopping and restaurants. You could walk everywhere and get back to the hotel quickly.

Overall it was a great experience and I would bring my family again.

We stayed the Listal Hotel for west side of Robson Street. There are so many restaurants and shopping, so we had a good time especially it was rain. We want to stay here in near future.

Love the Listel!!

The best part of this property was the gentleman who parked our car for us. He was so kind and friendly. He offered tips and tricks for the area and a map where he marked off a place we should take our dog. Everyone at the hotel was very kind.

The Listel was very nice. The location was great! The service was great too! I was not too happy with the restaurant the hotel had...thought that could be far better. But because of the location... I could eat in other restaurants in the area. Over-all experience was very good! Thank-you.

We have stayed at the Listel many times and have always been impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness. The location couldn’t be better, only a 10 minute walk to English Bay and Stanley Park, and only a 20 minute walk to Gastown and the city center. They also have a contract with a taxi service and will call them and have them respond within minutes, which was great for us given that it rained for most of 2 days when we were there.
The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are extremely comfortable. Everything about this hotel is charming and welcoming

Awesome location. Very spacious room, lovely renovated bathroom and complimentary coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

I wish our stay with them was longer! We had a beautiful experience at the Listel Hotel. I would love to come back and explore more of the city. We would stay here again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

Rooms and area were modern and employees very helpful and accommodating. Our first room was pretty chilly and thought by turning up heat and going out to eat temperature would rise. We returned to cold room but they found us a warmer room and we slept well in comfy bed and pillows.
