It was a great stay
Pros:

The hotel is good value for the money, just a walking distance from white house and it has a great space.

Cons:

We arrived early - 11 AM, the hotel has room available however we need to pay $50 to get the room earlier that 3PM. I have never experienced this with other hotel, they normally give based on availability. I understand the charge if we were rushing the room to be ready.

Pros:

Great location! Walking distance to all the attractions and many food options to choose from. Very accessible to the train line. Fresh water stations on every level with bottles were great!

The bed was not very comfortable, the room was small, but it was fine, as we weren't hanging out there, just an overnight stay.

The staff was helpful, and accommodating, friendly.

For what we were doing, it was extremely convenient.

If you are going to the museums, probably not the best location.

For a hotel in DC, I think it was reasonable.

Almost directly behind the hotel, is a public parking garage, that was $40 for a full day.

Cons:

OH MY GOD!! There must have been excessive crime, as there were sirens going off almost all night!! This is not a mark against the hotel, but an observation that it was loud!! The only thing I didn't really like was the bed. Clean, but you could feel the springs through the mattress. Not e aptly a pillow top.

Hospitable and loving stay for anyone looking for peaceful and caring night

Everything was perfect and full of kindness

My flight to DC was delayed and I arrived late at night because of the blizzard storm. Had previously booked 2 nights 23-25 and they had expired hours ago. Upon arriving the I met Missy, she is just a miracle, she listen and supported me and accommodated me.

I was supposed to sleep on the street because my reservation had expired but she was understanding and supportive. Gave me a room with a view and made sure everything was way too smooth for me.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting DC
