Nice modern room with very good location
Pros:

The location is excellent, we could walk to all the city sightseeings we wanted to see. Nice big room with comfortable bed. I am grateful for the nespresso coffee machine, and the coffee capsules. :) The view looked out pnto a very close office building, but it was weekend, so it was empty, it didn't bothered us at all.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit tiny, and breakfast meant a 15$/person voucher for the restaurant across the street. The food was good, but this value of the voucher wasn't enough ofc to get a full meal, so a voucher of higher value would have been nice.

Pros:

Location is great, very close to White House. The metro station is literally under the hotel, which makes travel by train/metro a seamless experiences.

Cons:

In one of the days I found a big cockroach on the window. It must have come under the door because the windows were basically sealed. Hotel couldn't move me into another room during that day because they were fully booked. They moved me the other day into the biggest apartment they had and offered a free one day voucher across their locations, but for me the voucher was pretty much useless because I won't be in D.C. any time soon. My requests to reimburse for the night were in vain, they refused.

A great hotel for a brief stop in WASHINGTON
Pros:

The location was excellent- 1 block away from White House!! Very walkable. Metro station next to hotel. We chose a studio to give us more space in hotel room. Free hot drinks available on a floor with seated area to chat with friends.

Cons:

Some of the reception staff were not helpful and welcoming. Although others were lovely! Although comfortable and value for money, its a no frills hotel but we expected that! They provide discounts for coffee shop across the road but remember to ask for discount as mine was not added and full breakfast added to to be expensive!

Perfect stay
Pros:

Very good location. Right in front of Farragut square.
The hotel is next to the Metro station so it is very convenient to go from/to the airport. It is also right in the downtown area of Washington DC so that you can easily walk to the main attractions.
The hotel has 24/7 coffee/tea facilities on the 2nd floor and water re-fill machine.

Outstanding location. Underwhelming rooms but balanced out by proximity to everything.
Pros:

Location 250m from White House. Beware motorcades pass the side of the building and are loud - fun guessing who it is.

Cons:

Small rooms. Some grumpy staff. No pull up parking to offload luggage. No close parking lot.
