Good Location
Pros:

I hadn’t stayed at this Club Quarters location in over 15 years. It was very convenient to the Metro, which is one thing I look for in a hotel when I’m staying in DC.
The room was comfortable, albeit noisy on the weekend (street noise—sirens). I was visiting my son and his family, and although he made it sound as though the area around the hotel was a “restaurant desert”, I didn’t find it to be so.
I’m happy I stayed here, and I hope to bring my girlfriend next time.

It’s a nice place but I will not stay there again.
Pros:

It’s a nice hotel and comfortable room.

Cons:

For the amount of money they charge for the room it’s very small and the bathroom is like a closet. The shower is just big enough to use but wasn’t a comfortable space for a shower.

Pros:

Location was horrible, no parking available. I have to pay $80 just on parking for 2 days. Front desk staff very rude. We asked them questions and they look spaced out. Room was clean but small. No complementary breakfast. Atmosphere was horrible. We will be going back to Washington DC but not to this hotel.

Great experience!
Pros:

Great location, comfy, and serviceable! So close to all you want to be near in DC. I even ridiculously pushed the "wake up call" button thinking it was automated, but the front desk picked up the phone, and didn't make fun of me for asking for a wake up call! Great staff.

Cons:

Hotel que no cumple con las expectativas de su página web, es muy pequeño, solo éramos dos personas y no teníamos espacio suficiente, se escucha absolutamente todo lo que hablan los dormitorios aledaños y la calle eso que estaba en el piso 10 . El personal habla español pero no son agradables. Puedes encontrar un mejor hotel por el precio que estas pagando en este hotel

Se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones, mi vecino de cuarto ronacaba o tosía mucho y casí podías escuchar lo que platicaban. Fue lo único incómodo.

Bad weather smell in the room from smoking, you can hear everything from neighbors - starting with dogs barking and kids crying/playing and so on. Staff is indifferent at the reception, just for an imago, nothing has been done regarding any of our complains
