Great location. Good services.
Pros:

Great location. Had a small issue with the room on the first night, but Estella quickly helped me move to another room. Room service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely return. Thanks.

A Tale of Redemption

This is my third time staying at The Dupont Circle, and we got off to a pretty rocky start. However, the staff was determined not to let a few challenges prevent them from providing the stellar service that they are known for.

Upon check-in, my wife and I were immediately assisted with our bags and escorted to the elevator. Our penthouse suite was absolutely splendid - it offered 180 degree views of D.C., comfortable seating on the balcony, and automatic blackout curtains. However, the accommodations weren't even the best part of the stay; the staff, including Thomas and Lamond at the front desk and Abby at the Pembroke, truly made our stay unforgettable. They were attentive, kind, accommodating, and responsive to every request. To attest to the degree that they went above and beyond: I mentioned off-handedly that we were attending a Formula 1 event during the course of the weekend, and they centered several experiences around that seemingly innocuous comment. The Pembroke created a crafted dessert (with the F1 logo on the plate) and there was even a model F1 car in our hotel room during an evening turndown service.

I am absolutely floored at the care and consideration of the staff, and I am definitely converted into a loyal repeat customer. As I visit DC often for work and play, as do many of my colleagues, I will be recommending The Dupont Circle from this point forward.

Fantastic service at a perfect location
Pros:

Excellent food at breakfast. Rooms are nice. But what makes the hotel are the people- everyone was so friendly from the doorman when we arrived to the maintenance man who I just passed in the hall. Ordered a drink at the bar, was warned it had a strong taste. I went ahead anyway - disliked it, and they were happy to replace it. Everyone universally focused on high service. Don’t know how they do it. Hope to come back.

Conforto e bom atendimento
Pros:

Todos os profissionais atenciosos e gentis. Quarto extremamente confortável. O serviço nos oferecia diariamente chocolatinhos e gelo. Excelente localização, estação de metro próxima. Emprestam o guarda-chuva em dias de chuva (mas cuidado pra nao perderem como eu 🤭)

Cons:

O box do banheiro não fechava por completo e acabava molhando bastante a area externa.

Cons:

Couldn’t sleep first night as next to service elevator that was very noisy. Next day they swapped my room and gave me $100 food and drink credit, which was appreciated.

In DC for 4 days to attend a graduation...Dupont Circle Hotel exceeded our expections!
Pros:

Excellent Hotel and Staff Service - Particularly From Lamond
Pros:

The Dupont Circle Hotel provided me with a fantastic experience on a recent business trip, including assistance from the Director of the Front Office, Lamond.

While working to coordinate a last minute private and high-stakes meeting, Lamond was able to help me secure an ideal location in the hotel on very short notice and was extraordinarily accommodating.

Lamond and all of the staff at the hotel have been wonderful and very professional to communicate with, and the room was clean, modern, and well-kept. The dining and entertainment options, including the Pembroke restaurant and Doyle and Co bar housed within the hotel, provided an enjoyable atmosphere as well as great food and service.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone’s future business or luxury travel needs; you will be well-taken care of and can count on an excellent stay while in Washington, DC. I couldn’t have asked for more, and I’m sure your experience will be the same should you choose to book here.
