Pros:

Die Lage war top, fußläufig kommt man überall gut hin. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe und war komfortabel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes WLAN!

Cons:

Klima etwas laut. Parkplatz (über 60 $) und Frühstück (45 $ p.P.) überteuert!

The perfect Hotel for Your DC Stay
Pros:

The staff at The DuPont Circle hotel all went out of their way to make our stay memorable. From the ladies who cleaned our room to the waiters in The Pembroke, all were friendly and professional. Our room was comfortable with everything we needed. We stayed for ten days … loved the location. The breakfasts and dinners at the Pembroke were delicious. We look forward to returning!

Great for a weekend stay sight seeing in DC
Pros:

Location is excellent in an area with lots of local restaurnats and bars. Room was very comfortable, great bed. Staff all helpful. Good bar too, if you can get a seat! Its popular.

Cons:

The lift was painfully slow. Think the others were out of action.

Above and beyond...
Pros:

I want to express my gratitude to the woman at the front desk who before checking me out asked if I was sure I was "done with my room, you sure you have everything, your phone...?"

What followed was 20-30 mins of chaos searching for my phone. She graciously walked me back to the room, not once but twice. We lifted quilts, moved the bed. On our second visit, we noticed it was in the bathroom. Her patience, understanding and professionalism were exemplary. She truly exemplifies customer true customer service. I would also be remiss if I didn't say that several of the other employees in the lobby including the door man were offering help and extending their support.
Well done DuPont- this whole team represent the brand well!

No hand towels, toilet paper or coffee pods left. Hand to ask at reception and maid several times. Also had to request ice and wait on it being hand delivered to your room.
