The cleanliness
The private parking - paid $100 to park for the night on top of the stay and was charged $30 to get my car back from the garage.
Bon petit déjeuner
La qualité de la literie, qui est le plus important pour moi.
La salle de bain et l’éclairage de la chambre mais ce n’est pas primordial

The bedroom window did not shut well and room was sometimes cold but quickly fixed
This hotel was the cutest place we’ve ever stayed! It’s chic and the staff is the warmest. We came as a large family and the kids felt right at home. We played chess everyday!
It’s unique - not the same sterile look like the big name hotels. It was so pretty!
The location is fun because it is on the street with all the consulates, but that means parking is crazy. Be warned. You can't park on the street, the hotel charges $60 a day and then the garage is a good option but you are going to have a walk a bit to and from. The breakfast (European style) was really nice and the wine hour is so fun!
It is a super affordable hotel that is KINDA close to the action, but be prepared for walking, public transit and/or dealing with the parking situation.
The staff is positive and helpful. The property is well kept, the room was comfortable, and it even included a decent breakfast.
Our shower didn’t have great water pressure.

Nothing!
Overall ok, but I should have chosen better.
Location was ok, though a little far from the centre. Not much to see or do around the area. It is a small boutique hotel in a residential area. Check in was very slow. Room was small and very dark. Bathroom was decent. Not much privacy and curtains had to be drawn at all times. Not value for money for what it offers.
Location was great walking distance to Zoo and places to eat.
Staff was attentive and friendly.
Room was somewhat small (not much extra space).
Location was amazing, staff was amazing. Very cozy hotel and offered breakfast, wine and cheese hour, umbrellas, walking distance to metro, and so many things to do around the area. Hotel was very clean and comfortable as well. Would come back and stay again and recommend to others!
Walking distance to Alliance Francaise.
Nothing
It was a very short stay but everything went well -- clean, comfortable room; friendly check-in; nice wine and cheese event. Quiet residential neighborhood 1/2 block off Connecticut Ave. Appears to be a converted apartment building.
Lovely hotel! The breakfast, wine hour, heated bathroom floors, nice shower, and 12 pm checkout make it well worth the money. The staff are excellent and so friendly.
