The stay was ok overall despite the room situation.
Pros:

Location was great. Breakfast was basic but adequate. I liked the wine hour, most hotels don't do this anymore. The hotel facilities and room were pretty clean.

Cons:

I didn't like that we booked a Deluxe King and the rooms shown and offered were nowhere near the picture shown when I booked the room. After doing extra research, found out that Deluxe King rooms have a square footage range from 250-350, I believe. The rooms shown to us were definitely 250 SF range. The rooms offered to us that we looked at first were located at back and side of the hotel. I think the bigger rooms are at the front facing the street. We ended up in a room with 2 double beds. The description of our original King room indicated a Nespresso machine in the room. We did not have Nespresso in our room. There was also no robe, slippers, laundry bag in the room. Also no decaf coffee in room or in breakfast room. I also wish there was a water dispenser on every floor..

It was a bit dated. There were broken fixtures in the bathroom and a light switch by the closet which didn’t do anything.

The water from the shower also smelled funny.

Unfriendly. Souless.
Pros:

Nothing apart from the location.

Cons:

Cockroach outside bedroom door. The cooling system on the roof was very noisy so didn’t stay.
It’s changed since my last visit 12 years ago.
