Lovely and welcoming host
Pros:

The hotel was always very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels every day.

The host was incredibly attentive and caring. She prepared breakfast for us every morning, including fresh, warm bread from the bakery, boiled eggs, cheese, and fresh vegetables. She regularly checked in to see if we would like something different for more variety, so more individual breakfast options would have been possible, but for us, it was perfect as it was.

The location is excellent: quiet, right next to a park, with supermarkets and small shops just around the corner, and the city center is very easy to reach.

Cons:

Some of the rooms don’t have windows, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, for a city trip, when you’re out and about all day and only use the room for sleeping, I think it’s absolutely fine. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. There was no mold or anything like that.

Pros:

Прекрасное расположение, окна выходят на "Лондонский" парк, тихо, в парке лавочки, гуляют люда, падает листва. Ходила пешком , Кура , мосты, парки старинные лома, храмы вас рядом.
Отзывчивый заботливый персонал, чистый номер, постель, хороший завтрак

Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotless clean. Everything looked exactly like the photos, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!"

Cons:

The building is old, so sometimes there was a slight unpleasant smell, but the hotel itself has been fully renovated. The neighborhood is also a bit old, but overall it was Ok.
