It was close to the theatre we were going to do we were able to park and not have to drive anymore. The valet guys were fabulous as well as the front desk personnel.
The restaurant/bar people weren’t the best. Not as friendly as others. One girl bright new cold grits, when asked to have them sent back to be warmed she said she would have to go all the way upstairs and they’d be cold again by the time she bright them back. Also we got dinner the night before and weren’t even offered anything to dip the chicken tenders in. As much money as they charge for food and drinks, you should be able to get what you want. And get it warm. Not cold.

Extremely friendly experience 10/10… valet was always nice and helpful
I’m super shocked, my husband, kids and I travel almost 7 months out of the year. We met Dwayne as our valet attendant and he didn’t disappoint. First off his greeting was amazing . He welcomed us, told us ALLLL about how the valet system works. Helped us to our room with our luggage cart. I did hinder him just a little by saying, we would need the car 20 minutes after we valeted. He didn’t hesitate to say “ I can keep your car upstairs, and nearby. We were over the 20 minute timeframe that we asked for, but his patience was still more than overwhelming. As I say “patience is a virtue” Dwayne has that instilled in him. Its great to see someone at a hotel after we’ve driven 14 hours or more that comforts you. Please allow him to be our attendant in September.

Thanks guys for the perfect getaway. Upon our arrival we were greeted by two of the most kindest gentleman. Opening our doors to handling our luggage. Making sure we knew how your valet system works. Ras and Dwayne were what we were looking for and more. Entering the hotel and meeting your staff and seeing how clean your hotel was. If I had to say something that was off was your elevators. They took some time getting up and down. Overall great experience. We cannot wait to return in August.

You often come across people that truly care and love where they work so props up to Cherelle. She’s a keeper. Take care of her or someone else will take her.
This was the best trip ever and in no small part due to the wonderful staff we met during our stay. A highlight was our valet Ras, who recognized us on subsequent days after meeting us and was always so friendly and kind, keeping us updated on the status of our vehicle and making sure we had all the information we needed. When we’re back in town we will definitely be back to The Graduate!
