Could have been much better!

Location and atmosphere

Cons:

I think the fact it's part of a restaurant and bar, it removes the hotel feel and staff don't really know if you're a guest or customer for the other venues. That was disappointing, given we were meant to get a bubble upon check in, there was no water in the room (unless you paid!)

Great location
Pros:

Great location, decent size room for Manhattan

Cons:

As it has a Jazz bar in the hotel, you can hear the music very loud in the room till very late at night (rooms are not soundproof)
It didn’t bother me as I sleep late, but I can see this bothering other guest, so good to know before booking.

Pros:

The staff were all super nice and helpful! The location is great, and I loved the aesthetics of the place! I enjoyed my stay, and I wish I used more of the amenities like the theatre and the gym!

Cons:

I didn't realize that the band's music would be projecting up into the rooms. Admittedly I didn't have an issue as long as I slept with ear plugs. If anything, the occasional honking outside was worse at that point.
