Roxy Hotel New York

We travel frequently and I must say our check in experience with Zillah was amazing. She couldn't of been more friendly and helpful, an amazing representative. The hotel is beautiful and has so much to offer!

I would highly recommend, I came into the city for the Knick parade and wanted to be close - I was very happy with my short stay. Great location, great rooms and over-all hotel experience. I come into NYC frequently and will definitely come back

Perfect location for Swanky and Posh time. A few blocks from Canal Street where you can shop to you drop. Plenty of Bars and restaurants to choose from no need to drive everything in walking distance. I really enjoyed my stay the room was gorgeous comfy and stocked fridge. There isn't a microwave at least not in my room. Temperature can be regulated the hotel itself was chilly but comfortable. Also, the roombwas equipped with noise cancelation sound device which kept out distractions.

Zillah who checked us in at the front desk did an amazing job. She was very pleasant knowledgeable, and very professional. she got her stay off to a great start. I wish all front desk people would be as terrific as she was to us.

This was very good because of one person,Ricky! She did an amazing job when management did not prepare staffing for all guests post Knicks parade!

David Green at security is the best!! front desk was so friendly and David was so helpful for me looking for my lost phone, i am so thankful 🩷

Amazing place, great atmosphere good and friendly team prime location rooms are spaces and good bathrooms.
The Jezz club amazing

Location is amazingly situated. Comfortable beds. The bar food was awesome. The staff were extremely warm and thoughtful for example they sent up red velvet cake for my friend’s birthday. I didn’t mind the noise from the music/bar downstairs. It was a memorable stay.

Zillah was so welcoming and informative about the amenities. She answered our questions and even gave us a glass of prosecco!

Zillah checked me in with kindness efficiency and cheer. I loved the lobby and my room was great.

I have booked rooms at The Roxy Hotel on 4 seperate business occasions. The location couldn’t be more perfect, as I have appointments all over the city. The food , drinks and coffee are all great!
There is live music all the time here- but don’t dispair - there is a built in “white noise” that you can adjust to block it out - or just leave on for great sleep!

This last visit I was greeted upon check in by Zillah. She had a nice bright, welcoming smile and a processed a super -quick check in . She was Very professional yet, personable and fun!
She made me feel like a VIP.! An hour later , I even received a phone call from Zillah asking how my room was, if I needed anything and to thank me for staying there. Wow! That was unexpected and very much appreciated. I can’t wait to come back!

Zillah was amazing upon arrival. My flight got cancelled and she welcomed me with such kindness and made sure I was all set for a nice evening.

The hotel is very nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. We would especially like to highlight the reception. Zillah welcomed us, and she was very friendly, attentive, and professional. Everything was handled perfectly, and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you Zillah.

It was old and funky without feeling “tired
