Pros:

Fantasy place to stay when you need to be near the airport.
Pros:

Very clean and spacious hotel and close to the airport which is why we booked. Free shuttle service was fantastic.

Cons:

Loved to hotel just didn’t like that it was surrounded by only Asian stores and restaurants.

Pros:

The room was clean and the lo around is perfect for shops and food. Also the shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

Cons:

We did book this for the hot tub and we're very disappointed when we showed up to be told that it was out of service and the elevator was on and off working, which was scary considering we were on the 11th floor. For the price we paid we expected a little more.

Good very an early flight but you get what you pay for
Pros:

Location is good for early flights. Room was comfortable and clean. All staff members were excellent. The shuttle bus is very good.

Cons:

Insulation between rooms was not good so room wasn't particularly quiet. Hotels should provide body wash rather we than plastic-wrapped soap. The breakfast is very poor value - no espresso, only filter coffee and the food seemed very much quantity over quality.

Pros:

Tom at the front desk was very helpful for our check-in. He provided some great local information and details on services the hotel can provide without out us having to ask, which really showed a fantastic customer awareness! The hotel is more than helpful with holding bags while we went exploring for the day before our very late flight, which really helped us out.

Cons:

The rooms are a little dated but still have everything you need. The in room small couch and foot rest were stained and quite dirty. Breakfast costing $36 was a pretty expensive offer, which made us look elsewhere.
