Service was very friendly and helpful. Dan Osman is very kind and was helpful to my wife with our bags. Ginger and the lounge service have delicious food and a good variety. We were able to celebrate our marriage in luxury and comfort. Thank you for the memories.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I had a better experience this time compared to last time. We stayed for 4 nights in twin-bed room. It still fit well for 2 adults and 2 young kids. The room was clean and well maintained with very good amenity kits. House keeping did a very good job at keeping the room tidy everyday.
Booked a standard room and got upgraded to club room at level 6 with club lounge access and free breakfast as a Titanium GHA member. Breakfast was good, with quite an extensive selection.
The facilities exceeded my expectations, very good gym equipments and nice pool with great view overlooking marina bay sands and singapore flyer. Also loved the Christmas decorations at the lobby.
Overall this hotel is very comfortable. I paid around 200 sgd per night and i think it was worth it considering the prices of other hotels in Singapore. Wouldn't mind to stay here again for my next visit.

We stayed at PARKROYAL on Beach Road Singapore from 28–30 Dec 2025 and were very satisfied with the overall experience. From arrival to check-out, everything felt well-managed and consistent.
We were kindly upgraded to a Parkroyal Club Premier room, and it definitely elevated our stay—more comfort and a better overall experience.
The highlight was the excellent front office service, especially HAZ at the reception. He was warm, professional, and efficient, with clear communication and genuine hospitality. Thank you, HAZ, for making us feel truly welcomed. We would happily stay here again.

At this price point, this hotel is hard to beat. The renovations were really well done, and the lobby was charming. Window soundproofing of the rooms was excellent, pity about the heavy doors that slams every so often. Rooms was clean and nicely lit.

The lounge were only good for the canned drinks and hot beverages as food items were quite mid (cakes tasted especially bad) and ran out quickly but I suppose this is because the hotel is very generous with club upgrades. Once again, can't complain at this price!

Service is a mixed bag though... the gentleman at the lounge was a delight. However, can't say for some others who seemed pretty evasive in terms of service. Housekeeping were especially warm and the crew at breakfast was quick despite the chaos and crowd. Contrary to comments here, I found the breakfast at Ginger not too bad.. just be sure to head there early as queues may be long especially at the (single) egg station. Pretty sure they can fit in a few more tables, but I like how it is now as they were were spread out nicely without feeling claustrophobic.

Underrated was the pool that is expansive with relaxing breezes at sundown. A rarity in hotels these days, much less one in the central area.

Friendly staff, always helpful. Club rooms have added bonus of dedicated check in/check out, breakfast and all day snacks and coffee / soft drinks.
Great location, opposite Arab Street and Haji Lane. Short walk from Little India and Bougis MRT station and Raffles hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Parkroyal on Beach Rd. Good location opposite Kampong Glam/ Haji lane, bus stops out the front on both sides of the road & MRT a shortish walk. The pool area has an amazing view & pool looks very inviting although I didn’t find time to swim. We had access to Club Lounge which we enjoyed. We had the please of meeting Joseph, whom was not only great at his job he had an awesome sense of humour & always wearing a welcoming smile. All staff were friendly & polite. The rooms were clean along with all areas of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again, but I would request a firmer pillow.

Had a great stay at PARKROYAL on Beach Road! Huge shoutout to Nehemia, Dytiana, and Esther for taking such amazing care of my family and me. They were super attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything was taken care of. Truly made our stay stress-free and comfortable.

The room was nice, the gym had plenty of equipment, and the pool was great for relaxing. Location is also a big plus, close to Bugis MRT, so getting around was easy.

Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I just held our wedding banquet at PARKROYAL on Beach Road, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out.

A big thank you to our Wedding Manager, Xina, for being so patient and on-the-ball throughout, and for keeping the whole timeline running smoothly. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

On the banquet day itself, the service crew was attentive and efficient. Special shoutout to the banquet managers (Ringges and Jun Ming) for managing the flow well and making sure our guests were taken care of. The AV also went smoothly thanks to Yussuf, cues, sound, and coordination were handled professionally, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

Food-wise, thank you to Chef Chong and the kitchen team, our guests enjoyed the dinner and we received many compliments that this was one of the best banquet food they ever had.

Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend PARKROYAL on Beach Road to couples looking for a venue with strong coordination, solid service, and a dependable team.

The team at parkroyal beach road did a exceptional job in making our wedding a success. Xina has been instrumental in our wedding planning throughout the year,supporting us with her prompt response to our queries and making sure our request at followed through. Chef chong culinary skills is exceptional and many our guest are complimenting the food during the wedding. Yusuff, yao quan and jun ming ensured our wedding went smoothly throughout the wedding. A truly exceptional team!

These people have been super helpful and swift in organising events and also making everything a successful one! All are super accommodating and friendly. As for the chef, would really want to praise his cooking as I have received a lot of compliments on his cooking. I only have positive feedbacks for these people mentioned above!

I stayed there in September 2016 and i had good souvenirs. I decided to try it again, and i would say that this hotel for the Value/Service/Amenities and location is a perfect deal for Singapore ! The Gym & Pool have been fully renovated and are great, especially the gym which is very well equipped ! The bed is very comfortable to have good deep sleep ! On top of that, you can use their bicycles for free for touring around Singapore which is just so perfect ! All in all very good stay. Just try to avoid to peak hour to the breakfast as it can get very messy !

My wife and I held our wedding lunch at PARKROYAL on Beach Road on 18 November, and we were really happy with how everything turned out. Our wedding manager, Xina, was exceptional. Her professionalism and attention to detail helped make our wedding lunch a big success. She guided us throughout the whole planning process, helping with little things we hadn’t even thought of and offering helpful suggestions to make the wedding better. We always felt looked after and cared for.

We also want to thank Yussuf, for handling the AV flawlessly on the day, Suresh for his execution of the banquet, and Chef Chong and his team for preparing the delicious dishes our guests loved.

Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend this venue for couples planning their big day.

Club Lounge
Park Royal – Beach Road continues to be our favourite hotel in Singapore, and once again the Club Lounge team made our stay truly memorable. Their thoughtful touches—like remembering our preferred beverages and warmly welcoming us back after a day out—elevate the whole experience.

This was our first visit to Singapore in a few years, and we were delighted to see a familiar face from previous stays. Although Esther wasn’t on duty the day we arrived, she came straight over to greet us the next time she was working, which my husband and I greatly appreciated.

Every member of the Club Lounge team is a credit to the hotel. They are always happy to chat, and they consistently go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. We already have another trip planned to Australia in 2026 and will be stopping off in Singapore on the way back, and we’re very much looking forward to seeing Esther, Izzah, Joseph, Mia, Miew, and Tia again.

Concierge
A special mention goes to Vishan, who was incredibly efficient and kind when my sister-in-law had an accident and injured her ankle while out downtown. He promptly arranged a taxi to collect her from Nicoll Highway MRT and made sure everything went smoothly also organising some ice for her ankle.

A few days later, he even recognised me in the lobby when I was unable to access the Club Lounge without a key card as my husband had both our room keys by mistake. He immediately assisted and made sure I was able to get to the club lounge where I was able to enjoy a coffee while waiting for husband. His level of care truly stood out.

Housekeeping
Housekeeping was excellent as always—our room was consistently cleaned and made up promptly.

Club 5
The atmosphere is fantastic—great music and a lively vibe. It’s a nightclub, so it can get loud later on, but earlier in the evening the music is softer and perfect for chatting.
The whole bar team is wonderful, but a special shout-out to Jasmine and Tiffany. They listened to my husband’s jokes with such good humour, were always up for a friendly chat, Jasmine makes an incredible Mojito and a seriously good Singapore Sling!

Overall, Park Royal – Beach Road delivered another exceptional stay. The team’s warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are exactly why we continue to return. Highly recommended.

This has been one of my favorite hotel experiences and I am fortunate to travel a lot for my work and with my family. My son’s birthday happened to be during this trip and the staff surprised us with a birthday cake and singing. This staff is professional, helpful, and anticipates the needs of their guests. I very much look forward to coming back here. Excellent experience for both family and business.

Thank you Ester and Joseph for such a welcoming stay and we especially appreciated the warm, friendly service in the Club Room. We found the staff very helpful. A good tip is the bus stop right out the front, where the several different bus routes can take you in all directions. Comfortable beds, stylish pool and gym facilities made our second stay so good.

The refurbished pool area is a must to cool off in and enjoy the poolside food and drinks.
The rooms are great and clean, they are serviced by some hard working house staff.
The Club Lounge is a great place to relax and meet other travellers.
You are looked after by great staff who make our stay perfect.

What a wonderful experience we had at this hotel, the location, the club lounge, bedrooms, breakfast were all excellent, but above all, what made our experience so enjoyable were the staff. My wife and I stayed here with my brother and his wife and we really had a wonderful time made all the better by the amazing staff. In particular, Esther, Joseph, Dytiana and Nehemia in the Club Lounge went above and beyond the call of duty in responding to every need and request we had. This hotel should be very grateful to have them on their team. Special mention also to Sugu ( hope I spelt it correctly ), who came and strapped my wife's ankle when she slipped and sprained it , while on a walk up town. We hope to go back to Singapore sometime in the future and we will definitely stay in this hotel again.
