Beautiful!! Clean, comfortable and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful with 2 ponds and walking trail. We will definitely stay again.
The room was clean and comfortable with the hotel being convieniently located for the town.
Excellent service from staff. Beautiful property. The restaurant is phenomenal.
Property in dire need of renovation. Staff friendly, but in no way is this a 'luxury' experience.
The establishment was clean but aged. The tub in our suite was cracked straight down. The sinks were older and the shower door was definitely dated. The service was great. The food at the restaurant for dinner was exquisite. The grounds were wonderful as my son enjoyed daily bass fishing on the grounds. I wish the rooms were equipped with a mini fridge because once the front desk closed at 9, you couldn’t even get ice. Therefore, I went to Walmart the next morning and purchased a cooler and ice to keep water and tea in the room.
historical property that was beautiful. Staff was superior and the restaurant was elegant with very good menu. We could have just stayed on the property and had a good time.
The property is lovely. The rooms are also very cute, but clearly need some attention. Peeling wallpaper, stained carpets, and furntiure that needs a good deep clean
Very friendly staff, loved the history of the house.
This stay was a good one. I loved getting to tour the grounds and hear about the history of the inn. My only hangups about the inn were the previously used shampoo and conditioner in the room for the toiletries and the mild smell of mold in the bedroom. The staff were great!
The hotel is stunning, customer service is excellent, the rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, and the tour was free! We enjoyed walking around the gardens. We even saw lightning bugs while sitting on our porch at night. That made our stay magical for my kids. The only two things I wish were improved would be the breakfast and the poison ivy. The food is excellent and it’s cooked to order. The table service is excellent, but I was expecting the French toast syrup to be actual maple syrup instead of regular pancake syrup. I was hoping the orange juice was freshly squeezed but it tasted like store-bought juice. Nonetheless, the breakfast is a fantastic experience. There is poison ivy almost everywhere on the premises, but it is off the walking trails at the least. But it would be nice if they removed it. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its historical charm, comfort, and service.
The room property is absolutely beautiful
It was amazing, we want to go back the only thing I make sure next time is to get a lower level, I had my mom with me and she cant climb stairs, it was really hard for her the up and down the stairs, I was also charged to my room for a dinner that we did not consume, but immediately got credit. Excellent stay, excellent crew, best breakfast and had a great time.
*****The staff at breakfast was wonderful- exceptional service. The breakfast was delicious and the garden room was beautiful.
The breakfast staff should get a double 5 star.
*The bed, was very uncomfortable. The pebbled driveway- somewhat of a change at times. A paved driveway would have been more helpful, coming up the hill- and keeping the pebbled drive for the rest would have been fine.
***The grounds had a nice walk- very interesting history here- I reading about it- to know before you go.
*****The lady checking is in was kind and helpful too.
The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was nice. Disappointed by no television in the bedroom. My husband had to kill a large bug and we couldn't figure out how to turn off the TV in the living room, so we just turned down the volume when we went to bed.
Beautiful grounds
Very charming stay. Excellent breakfast.
Breakfast was amazing. Beautiful well kept grounds. Quiet. Staff was more than accommodating by making sure our rooms were next door to each other. Hope to stay again.
We had a wonderful time enjoyed the hotel and the grounds!
Beautiful Inn in the historic Natchez. Our first bed and breakfast stay.
The main criticism is the carpeting was long past its renewal date.
