Alles sehr gut
Pros:

Das Hotel ist klein wenige Zimmer aber hat einen ganz besonderen Stiel die Wände aus Holz und sonst Stein somit eine tolles Klima!
Design sehr schön alles sauber und Top

Pros:

Das Hotel ist einfach kuschelig schön! Es ist ganz anders als sterile Hotelketten, es ist sehr persönlich und toll gestaltet. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich liebevoll gemacht und schmeckt so gut - das beste Frühstück, das ich in Chile bekommen habe. Oben im Hotel gibt es einen kleinen Wintergarten, da habe ich einen Regentag verbracht - total gemütlich!

A true Diamond in Punta Arenas
Pros:

We travel a lot and usually stay in the chain hotels. Westin, Marriot, Hilton and so on.
Visiting Punta Arenas there wasn't this choice. So Hotel Ilaia came up on my search. I was blown away with this boutique hotel.
The staff were completely amazing, facilities great i could go on and on.
If you travel to Punta Arenas you are usually running around doing many excursions that 12 to 14 or more hours a day. Hotel Ilaia became a home away from home where they all know your name and welcome refuge for us weary Travellers. I know I'm gushing a little but take my word on this, you won't be disappointed. 2 thumbs way up!!!

Pros:

Stayed here the first and last nights of our Pategonia trip. Very friendly staff and nice hotel. I especially enjoyed the rooftop with a glass of wine.

Loved it !
Pros:

I absolutely loved this hotel! The service from the front desk was superb- handled all requests easily. So many small touches and amenities and the room was so relaxing overlooking a garden! Other rooms and viewing deck were so nice. Breakfast was lovely with fruit granola yogurt cheese avocado and bread. Fruit tea coffee water available always. It was hard to leave!

Clean and Comfortable
Pros:

Good location. Very clean. Friendly staff who were willing to help. Loved the room on the roof for relaxing and a glass of wine. The other travelers we met at breakfast were friendly and eager to share experiences. A small hotel with laundry service and a good breakfast.
There is also a table set up for coffee, tea and snacks to access all day. They were able to accommodate my husband's glutenfree diet.
Good free security parking.

Cons:

The hotel is located on a hill. The downtown is straight down the hill. This makes getting to the downtown core easy, but someone with mobility issues would find it difficult. Also, the hotel itself is not designed for mobility handicap. There are stairs to your room. This was not an issue for us, but should be noted. The breakfast is a cold breakfast, so don't expect eggs and bacon.

Pros:

La ubicación era buena, y la atención fue excelente.

Cons:

El desayuno era solo hasta las 9:30 hrs, muy temprano si es que un día quieres levantarte más tarde. No tenían huevos. La habitación era algo pequeña y el baño aún más.
