Walking around the property was nice.
According to booking.com, there is an indoor pool. However, even as a guest at the hotel, reservations needed to be made days in advance. The indoor pool was the #1 reason we stayed there. We planned for months to go to that pool. It was definitely very disappointing and felt like the stay was a huge waste of money.
The only problem was the room that was assigned to me it was very uncomfortable and reduced compared to the rest of the magnificent hotel and the super friendly staff thank you for your service I had a great time
EVERYTHING!😊
The hotel itself is gorgeous with fantastic views. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at the restaurants throughout the building. Do not miss the elevator tour behind the fire with Jimmy!
Everything is very expensive. The spa costs over $200 per person per day, in addition to your hotel booking, and must be reserved well in advance. The rooms are very dated, and the hotel is well overdue for a renovation. At check-in, we were warned that there might be scaffolding outside our window, which we had paid extra to have a mountain view from. Rather than being a minor footnote, this warning caused real stress throughout our stay. Every day, we found ourselves anxiously wondering whether today would be the day our view got blocked, which is not how anyone wants to spend a vacation. To make matters worse, it is unclear why those rooms are being rented out at full price in the first place. Any room with a view that could be obstructed by ongoing construction work should simply be taken off the market until the work is complete. Fortunately, the scaffolding never blocked our view, but the construction chemicals made the room quite unpleasant on our last night. The newer wings of the hotel also feel out of place compared to the historic building, as they regularly host business conferences, giving the whole experience a strange vibe when you find yourself walking through a convention crowd on the way to dinner.
Le lieu magnifique, la diversité des équipements et la décoration
Dommage qu’il y avait des travaux avec un peu de bruit
The view
Everything was great
Each and every staff member we came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to a future visit. Absolutely a stunning property.

Amazing hotel and a great vibe. Everything was perfect!
Make sure to book in advance if you want to spend a day in the spa, unfortunately we couldn’t cause we tried to book only when we reached there!
My wife fell in love with this resort. Lots of on site restaurants. Very nice spa. The inside pools of the spa are wild. Lots of rock. Great view from our room of the city but there was scaffolding. There was some upkeep going on.
Amazing location and awesome staff and environment. Came here for a business event and immediately decided that I was coming back for pleasure and a personal trip in the very near future. This place is incredible.
Our stay at the Omni Grove Park Inn was absolutely wonderful! The views are truly gorgeous—perfect for relaxing and taking it all in. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. We especially loved the delicious food on the Sunset Terrace—such a great spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery. Already looking forward to going back and trying out the spa amenities next time!
great experience here excellent service and food. Property itself is a great place to spend the weekend. Rooms are dated, but there’s plenty to do and not spend time in your room
The property itself is absolutely stunning, and we were truly impressed by its beauty. However, our overall experience was unfortunately less than we had anticipated.
During our stay, there was scaffolding directly outside our room windows, which completely obstructed the view and made it difficult to enjoy the space. Additionally, having workers frequently passing by the windows created a lack of privacy that felt uncomfortable, especially while we were changing our clothes. The construction noise was also quite disruptive. At times, the drilling was so loud that we had to leave the room. It made it especially challenging for my daughter to nap, and we had to rely on a box fan to help create enough noise for her to nap.
We also experienced some issues with housekeeping. After the first night, our room was not serviced again, likely due to my daughter’s nap schedule between 12–3 p.m. I requested fresh towels multiple times, but they were never delivered, and I ultimately had to locate and take them from a housekeeping cart myself.
In addition, the shower drain in our bathroom was clogged, causing water to pool a few inches deep during use. Toiletries were not restocked either, I only had enough conditioner for one shower and had to rely on what I brought from home.
We chose the Omni expecting an elevated experience, and while we understand that maintenance and improvements are sometimes necessary, the extent of the construction and the impact it had on our stay made it feel far from the upscale experience we anticipated. It was surprising that rooms in such close proximity to active construction were being rented without prior notice.
