Felt like we were in an actual apartment and not a hotel. Which was great

Cons:

Some of the staff were extremely rude. We'd ask for certain things such as more towels and they never gave us them until we went down a second time

Staff needs to work their tact

Convenience/proximity to the highway

Cons:

Told the front desk staff member working that evening that someone's lights were on in the parking lot in one of the handicapped parking spots and he shrugged and said, "oh well, that's their problem".
I can understand if he didn't have a way of matching the car to the guest but he could have said that in a nicer way. I grew up in Santa Rosa and that is not the way I was raised to treat guests.

beds were comfortable, room very clean

Cons:

There was nothing in the room, not even a coffee maker, cups, no extra pillows, blankets, not even an extra roll of toilet paper. Turns out you could ask for stuff at the front desk. (however, they did not require ID as proof you are a resident). So pointless.
