Studio 6 Corporate Extended Stay Chicago Lisle IL

Room was filthy. Especially the floor. Hasn't been cleaned for months. Sticky and dirty. Also -- no coffee on site. No utensils at all in the kitchen (thought this was an extended stay). And the flies --- killed 24 of them. Water flow in the sink was maybe 15%.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was in poor condition, with too many mosquitoes and a dirty carpet. Basic facilities were missing there was no soap, no drinking water, windows not close properly and nothing that you would normally expect in a proper hotel room. Customer service was also very rude and unhelpful. When I arrived, the reception desk was closed, and many guests were left waiting without any assistance. The overall environment did not feel safe or welcoming.
Additionally, the parking lot looked more like a mechanic shop, with junk cars parked everywhere. This place does not meet basic hotel standards, and I would not recommend staying here.

There were 3 separate guests plus me that were all told that the facility had overbooked all of our reservations and that we did not have a room at 9:30 on a Friday night. The clerk also indicated that this was not an isolated incident SO BE CAREFUL!!!

I called 7 hours in advance to confirm I would be slightly late to check in and the staff assured me they would hold my reservation...I drove 7 hours from Ohio and they told me that they booked my room to someone else and could do nothing for me...and they were extremely rude about it all and told me I had to go outside to make calls and find another room...told me I was not a guest and was soliciting ...as it was raining outside....terrible facility and business

This facility canceled my paid in full room reservation and never called to tell me. I book the room the month before. They over book and then take over 6 weeks to refund. Stay away!

Didn't know it was a motel 6. Beds and bedding very nice but everything else is dated and worn out. No pool, no breakfast, no front desk staff at night or AM. Tv small with crappy remotes (need two). No shampoo only bar soap so bring your own. Lots of regular "residents" live there full time. Loud bass beats from cars in parking at night. Feels like it needs a security guard. Kinda sketch

The tub has a leak, there was mold at the bottom of the shower curtain, and the previous guest left a lot of food behind in the refrigerator and freezer.

There was a noticeable cannabis smell in parts of the hotel, which made the stay less comfortable. The property could also benefit from better maintenance and cleanliness in the common areas. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay, it’s acceptable, but otherwise there are better options available.

The room is absolutely bare - no glasses for drinking, no shampoo, no coffee service in room or elsewhere. The kitchenette contains nothing - no silverware, etc..

Better service when asking for service in room. No one came to room to service a/c or help open windows as promised. Phone did not work. Room number had fallen off the wall so maybe staff couldn't find the room?
