I love the staff. Our garage disposal needs to be looked at and we have been reassured that Marvin will be by tomorrow. This is a guy who can fix anything.
Sarah in charge of housekeeping is kind and good at her job. The people at the desk make folks feel good about themselves. Zoe, Ivory Stephanie and Tracy are the best.

Pros:

I liked loved the walk in closet, and the dishes the walk in closet. This is a hotel that has amenities no other hotels have. Free laundry , a wonderful workout room, a business center with free computers and a free printer. The business center also has games and DVDs and a dvd player you can borrow.

Great location to spend a week.
Pros:

Very nice, quiet & comfortable stay. Was able to check out an hour later with no additional charge. Really appreciate this place.

not bad, but a broken sink was the most noticeable.
Pros:

Remodel nicely done with small kitchen, microwave dishes, fridge stove etc, really great idea for the area for temporary housing. Room was clean and neat

Cons:

sink was broken in bathroom, cracked and leaking out. Baseboard tile work could have been done way better for remodel in bathroom. Low water pressure on 2nd floor
