Cons:

They called me and told me that my room was downgraded. And the rate turned out to be 20% MORE than it was on booking com. So they charged more for the DOWNGRADED room

Great value accommodation!
Pros:

Check-in was very smooth. We stayed here for 9 days. The room was quiet. When we checked out, the front desk helped store our luggage and then helped load it onto the car for us because we had a lot of luggage. Bank of America and Starbucks are right next door, and it's very close to Caltrain station. It's worth mentioning that there is also a mini-kitchen and tableware for cooking.

It was okay. If they fix the water pressure and climates in the rooms, I’d definitely be back.

Price is decent. It’s quiet.

Cons:

It has low water pressure in the shower. They have scheduled house keeping, it’s not daily. The A/C and heater did not work.
