Staff was friendly and tried to accommodate me
Each room had a nasty unsanitary back up in the bath tub myself and family were not able to shower at the facility
The Rooms were spacious. The amenities in the space were well thought out. I really liked the Coffee and hot water dispensing machine. The front desk managers were very helpful, friendly and reasonable. It was an all round good experience
I wish there were diffusers in the hall way to give pleasant smells in the common areas.

Everything had an old musty smell. I checked out a day early as I couldn’t bear with it anymore. The shower had no pressure.

Parking, had to park at the opposite end of the parking lot and my husband has to use a cane to walk. No cart available to transport our luggage. Strong Marijuana smell everywhere

Deep cleaning of the rooms should be mandatory. The rooms are old and definitely need TLC or even a proper cleaning would go a long way.
I like the lay out of the kitchen area, nice weight room and hardwood floors.
One of the pillows felt a little rough, like something was sticking out like a feather.
I had stayed previously and my guest smoked in my room. Iwas not in the room at the because I was out handling business. When I went to check in the clerk told I was placed on DNR list. I wasn't aware of this so I didn't get to stay and I had paid for the room. Is there anyway possible for me to get my money back
The staff was very friendly. The rooms looked updated and were clean and comfy. Noise was minimal.
