Pros:

Room is clean, shower is great, on-site laundry is awesome, staff is always pleasant

Cons:

The internet is terrible. The hardline doesn't work and the wifi could barely connect, when/if it finally did the signal strength was so weak I could barely check my email let alone do anything else.

Price was right for a quick 6 hr turnaround
Pros:

It was well lit and in a quiet location

Cons:

Bed was not very comfortable, television remote was not in the room, went to the desk to get one and that didn’t work either, no breakfast

This place is a great value, great staff, nice area.
Pros:

What's not to like? Staff is wonderful. Sonesta always pleases, in my honest opinion. The location is walking distance to the most amazing market I've seen, and I enjoyed some delish Italian delicacies.

Cons:

You need a car to get around, but like I mentioned, the market and some other stores you can walk to.

I request new sheets for the room I was staying in. Staff member at front desk told me. They couldn’t change the sheets. I would have change it myself. Very disappointed!

Great, comfy.
Pros:

Didnt have breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had the addition of a kitchen, that we didnt use. Staff was very accomodating and courteous.

Cons:

Except for some stains on the hallway rug, no problem.
