I have stayed at the candlewood suite in the past. This was my worse experience!
Pros:

The staff was professional and caring. The room was spacious, but it was connected to another room. The guests in the connecting room were very loud and disturbing in their activity. If my family member had gotten the connecting room, it would have been more restful

Cons:

The room was affordable. The room was clean and inviting. The front desk personnel were eager to assist the guests. The snacks were available and easy to access. The elevator worked really well.

Avoid this hotel if booking through third parties. Terrible experience.
I booked a 1-bedroom suite through a third-party platform and selected the "pay at property" option, which gave me until 4 PM the day before arrival to cancel. Despite this, the hotel attempted to charge my card for the full amount the day before I arrived.
When I arrived the next day, the front desk claimed I didn’t have a reservation and that I had canceled it. I showed them complete proof on my phone that it was never canceled. They then claimed they were fully booked but offered to "rebook" me.
Not only was I forced into a downgraded studio room instead of the 1-bedroom suite I originally paid for, but they also charged me $80 more than my original booking price. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and completely unacceptable service.

Surprisingly comfortable
Pros:

Pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The employees were extremely polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean and there were plenty of pillows. The parking was ample.

Cons:

A little noise from the streets at night; toilet ran from time to time at night.

Nice place go ahead and book with confidence
Pros:

The outside looks a little beat down compared to the hotels in the area but don’t let looks fool you. Rooms are very nice, renovated and you can smell how clean the rooms are from check in to check out. Definitely recommend

The looks from the outside other than that everything was great !
