We chose this hotel based on the photos online, and unfortunately the reality was completely different. The room was unclean upon arrival, with hair left on the floors, crumbs and even fingernail clippings beside the bed and nightstand. The bathroom door would not close properly, and the entry door barely latched.

The property itself appears to have undergone renovations at some point, but the work was done very poorly and maintenance seems to be lacking throughout the hotel. There was a strong musty odor in the hallways that appeared to be masked with air fresheners. The smell of cooking food, cigarette smoke, pets, and other strong odors was noticeable the moment we stepped into the building. It was very apparent that some rooms appeared to be occupied by long-term residents, which added to the overall feeling that this was not being operated as a typical hotel.

To make matters worse, nearly half of the parking lot was blocked off for “repairs,” creating limited parking and adding to the overall neglected appearance of the property. The entire hotel felt extremely sketchy and uncomfortable, and we did not feel that the condition of the property matched what was advertised online.

The pool area was also disappointing. The water and pool floor appeared dirty, and there were no lights on in the pool area after dark, making it feel unsafe and poorly maintained.

Overall, the hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The pictures are extremely misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. Between the cleanliness issues, poor maintenance, unpleasant odors, limited parking, and overall atmosphere, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The location was great! Great restaurants and shopping near. The room was nice size. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Staff wasn't very friendly. Hallways and elevator needed to be cleaned. Breakfast cannot be rated as issues occurred during that staff did not handle.
