Dumpster overfilled, housekeeping sucks. Breakfast limited.

The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was good. Staff was polite- we were very happy with the recommendation we received for dinner in a nearby restaurant ( food was delicious and reasonably priced). Breakfast was meh .
The ice machine was not working.My fridge wasnt clean it had old food in it.

The air had a weird smell
The hotel needs to be renovated the hallways stink and so does the rooms 1st floor rooms are spacious but noisy as hell throughout the day the carpets and couches are filthy throughout the hall there’s water coming through the floors for weeks glass has been sitting in the parking area no one cleans outside . They claim to have breakfast they literally only have sausage patties sitting on a plate in the cooker the waffle machine is always unplugged they have a few packs of oatmeal and some stale pasties don’t offer something you don’t provide staff is ok

The breakfast wasn’t set up, checking in was a nightmare. I paid through Expedia and the guy at the counter wanted to argue about having to pay the full amount yet again! Finally got it figured out after telling him 4 times I had already paid
The first room I stayed in wasn’t clean

. They have failed to refund my 50 dollar deposit from 8/8/25 when I checked out .
Just need a real good cleaning
First room they checked us into, had used soap on the sink, dirty bedding, and filthy floors. The trashcan appeared to have had vomit in it. The smell of smoke was nauseating. We requested another room. Again, floors were filthy. There were dried up dead roaches on the floor. The bedding didn’t appear to have been changed, as well. A/c did not work. At this point, i told Them i wanted a full refund. They told me i had to request it through Expedia. Expedia was not able to get in touch with the property manager after 3 days of trying and eventually informed me that i would NOT get my refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! It’s disgusting! And they are thieves.
it was horrible in all regards
You get what you pay for, but I got a room that toilet bowl was black, no toilet paper. In other words I got a room that was not clean. I had two rooms and I guess they do not clean your room while you are staying, If you request your room to be clean, you need to be in the room. I still requested and did not get anyone. I requested at least towels and did not get them either until I asked twice.
Upon arrival entering the room smelled of mildew, noticed the fitted sheet on the bed had multiple tears in it. Both back doors, where the majority of the parking is located or non-operational. Breakfast is a joke. Staff is unfriendly and seems like they don’t even wanna be there. Room was lacking, simple amenities, i.e. wastebasket, and when asked for a waste basket front desk, staff seemed inconvenienced.
We booked ahead on our trip. I read previous reviews and thought it would be ok for the one night on our way through. It was NOT ok.
The girl at check in was in a horrible mood. Check in was slow. The place was rundown, but it was like 2am and we had already paid for it. Figured it couldn’t be too bad. With two kids in tow we walked down the run down hallway. The “laundry” room had been kicked in. Our door was stuck and we had to body slam our way in. Immediately upon opening the door it smelled like rotten lettuce. It was for one night, the kids were half asleep so we figured it would be fine. Smells you can get used to, right? I refused to even go in the bathroom the place was gross. The carpet was sticky and damp, filthy, needed to be replaced years ago. The room was humid, so everything was damp and musty. We pushed through and tried to make it work. All night you could hear someone upstairs banging and dragging things around. We laid out our clothes and packed everything as much as we could so we could leave as fast as possible. Checkout was quick. No point in complaining to front desk staff they didn’t seem to care.
According to the flyer in the room breakfast was supposed to include toast, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, etc. However their breakfast had a few pieces of bread, a couple of yogurt cups, and boiled eggs. We left and went to Waffle House (where I felt more comfortable to brush my teeth).
I am completely disappointed in the Best Western brand.
