Pros:

The breakfast was typical for this type of hotel. It was tasty, but had limited variety. The building, while it seemed to be older, was updated, comfortable, and clean. Essentially every room had an usable balcony, which is unusual. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location is on a main highway. However, you have to drive to all of the venues, sites, and activities in the Okoboji area. There was not a lot of information on activities in the area in the hotel.

This is a clean and comfortable vacation option.
Pros:

I spent one night here — my room was certainly adequate, in terms of overall size and amenities. But, I found the room to be dark and nothing struck me as special. But, for a business trip, it worked!
