Great breakfast! Inviting and clean hotel!
Pros:

The AmericInn is our top choice in Spirit Lake. I reserved a patio room because the door to patio is so convenient for our dog. The front desk clerk at check in on April 19 was friendly and helpful. The room (133) was clean with two queen beds. The breakfast is very good, with plenty of options and both the dining area and lobby are inviting and clean. The front desk clerk at checkout on April 20 was very friendly as well. Highly recommend the AmericInn in Spirit Lake.

If it would of been nice out side the patio outside the room would of been very nice, the firer pit and the outdoor seating by the pool would of been very nice in the spring, summer, and fall time. not so mush in the winter lol. The pool, sauna and the hot tub was very nice, clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Great location

Cons:

If I had to say something bad, I would say it could use a little updating, get ride of the carpet and go LVP in the rooms lots of stains.
