Didn't get room I booked
Location to our visit with family. Easy access to highway and eateries.
The breakfast was cold. The parking lot was being resurfaced and sealed. Could not park near my room and the door.
Very nice people and the room was great.
Mediocre -
No one ever at front desk; building and accommodations were rundown and musty smelling
Great value and easy to get on and off the highway.
No elevator, but only like 10 stairs, so not to bad at all and this is barely a gripe.
Location and price
Room smelled very musty and the shower stall and tile looked like it was glued together by someone who didn’t care - looked unclean
room 104 I believe
Location was good. Front desk worker was nice.
The main lobby was probably 85 degrees. Very little air conditioning going on there. Room a/c was not great. Linens were not clean, they were stained.
We have stayed at several AmericInns and they are always nice comfortable and the staff is warm and welcoming.
Room was clean, bathrooms and sinks were clean, and everything was working and running well.
It was a little stuffy and musty smelling, but also to be expected when it’s end of June and rainy and gross!
Breakfast options very limited
Limited breakfast, paint supplies left out in the open through out the facility? No elevator, room supplies limited, not what you expect from this facility.
Air-conditioning was not cold enough
I didn't eat the breakfast. But it was typical for an AmericInn.
I really resented being charged $10 per person for our grandchildren to use the pool. I'd like a refund of the $60.00. We have stayed at this motel many times and never been charged a fee to use the pool. While we got clean towels, the housekeeper did not straighten up the beds and empty the trash. Upon entering the lobby there was an older woman sitting on a table in the lobby, barefoot. That was very unappealing.
Location was good
No washing machine, bathroom dirty, bed worn.
Location, quiet.
Bed seemed slept in. Sheets were jumbled under the duvet...we had to re-make.
Nothing
No towel in pool, pool room was mess, got chewed out for asking for extra toilet paper, has a toilet clog-they provided plunger and wouldn't unclog, no fireplaces worked in any room x3, jacuzzi stopped working and we were told we couldn't switch rooms, then told we could, moved to an even dirtier room, rooms are horribly dirty, I have pictures of how they clean horribly, they have family come in for breakfast in morning, no hot water for hot chocolate, they complained about our teenagers being in the pool that were of age and the sign yet we paid to be there, the Indian manager of the facility was horrible and does a horrible job to make your stay feel comfortable and I will never stay there AGAIN!!!!! Awful and worst hotel I've been to and I've been to a thousand.
It was cheap. Nothing.
The quality of the food. The table ware.
